Current read-only recheck: AutoCoder task superproject-requirements-1790540402214217888-implementation is still failed/failed with retained thread 01a0e4a0-41fa-7332-9497-c51de9e537ed; it has no passing implementation evidence. The worker01 persistent workspace still contains the same five modified tracked files and one new REQ-0083 test file, with no commit or push. The task-owned persistent NuGet package cache currently has zero package directories. The two temporary supervised/validator Pods from September 27 are absent. Current AutoCoder backend is ready at source revision 30b6480fc8a4ae552f7b2f6a91cd62e0b067463d, a descendant of the delivered model-routing repair; that newer revision does not itself validate or deliver the TheWell edits.
Next: preserve this exact task and source tree. On worker01, diagnose the bounded NuGet restore stall and use the task-owned persistent scratch cache rather than disposable validator storage; keep executable validation isolated from repository and Kubernetes credentials. Once the generated change has passing build/test evidence, recover the same task and thread through an exact guarded transition, then let AutoCoder create/reconcile its reviewed DEV branch and real TEST delivery. Do not set implementation_ready from placeholder checks alone. TheWell production stop and Office DEV-plugin exception remain active. Detailed operator evidence is in 2026-09-27 AutoCoder TheWell REQ-0083.
This section is the current operational summary. All material under Historical implementation record is dated evidence, not a current task list. The user approved finalizing the usable direct-Codex delivery routes, keeping autonomous implementation paused and omitting dedicated performance campaigns. The broader original goal remains incomplete.
PR6617 is delivered to TEST via frontend395/run 26140, terminal succeeded, exact DEV source ef70c9b1b897bc7e399ab3e0e0847807c42ab0be (same tree as independently reviewed 64372708d4714e0101f352787412b8bcf3a4ea88). Queue17:57:20.5735505Z, start17:57:27.2951679Z, finish18:02:57.8838675Z:337.31seconds including queue. Existing feature builds26137/26138 passed; no new test suite or benchmark campaign was added.
Fresh strict-TLS public reads: version.json200 with ef70c9b-2026-09-27T17:56:39.681Z; index200 references /assets/index-X6yzThkp.js, also200, containing that exact loaded build ID and the shipped TEST/status/check/reload controls. UI source review corrected workspace height and cancelled reload handling. The normal-user visual check was requested and remains pending; asset checks do not prove authenticated layout or interaction. No screenshot or browser-state simulation is claimed.
Only TEST was deployed. Backend26124 was not changed by this frontend delivery; its live identity was not freshly inspected. The previously signed paired acceptance b26124/f26129 is now historical and does not accept frontend26140. No signing/retention admission for this new pair is claimed. Production stop, paused engine workers and DEV Office dependencies remain preserved. Legacy340 was restored enabled after merge and no matching legacy deployment was observed. The automatic395 trigger gap described below remains a separate bounded follow-up;26140 was manually queued once through the documented exact-source route.
User approved a visible TEST label, loaded frontend build and update availability on2026-09-27. Requirement REQ0027 committed5ba79be; PR6617 reviewed at 64372708d4714e0101f352787412b8bcf3a4ea88, with layout/cancelled-reload corrections accepted. Feature build26138 succeeded (earlier26137 also succeeded). DEV merge ef70c9b1b897bc7e399ab3e0e0847807c42ab0be has the exact reviewed tree. Legacy340 was fenced during merge and restored enabled revision13; no legacy source-matching deployment was observed.
New verified delivery gap: no automatic395 run appeared for the DEV merge during45seconds and a final provider recheck. Definition395 is enabled but its returned CI trigger has settingsSourceType2 and empty branch/path filters. The cause and repair are not claimed established. Exact-source manual TEST run 26140 was queued once on the merged revision and is being monitored. This is a direct administrator delivery, not evidence that automatic DEV triggering works. Do not treat the table's checked-in YAML trigger as proof of provider auto-queue behavior. Next bounded delivery follow-up: inspect provider trigger ownership/override, repair within existing DEV/TEST authority, and observe the next genuine change without manufacturing a sample.
The TEST-only shared indicator reuses version.json, keeps checks bounded8seconds, preserves drafts during checks, and requires explicit reload on TEST. Production/DEV behavior is preserved by origin guard; no TEST deployment or UI acceptance is yet claimed for26140. The previous signed backend26124/frontend26129 acceptance remains historical and must not be relabeled for the new frontend.

For an authorized exact-source TheWell manual delivery, use the existing Azure credential route with POST https://dev.azure.com/SkanAG/AI-Platform/_apis/build/builds?api-version=7.1 and body:
{"definition":{"id":394},"sourceBranch":"refs/heads/dev","sourceVersion":"<reviewed full backend SHA>"}
Use definition395 and the reviewed frontend SHA for frontend. Verify the returned run sourceVersion. These are instructions for the next real change, not a request to rerun the current accepted pair. Existing Azure interactive browser authentication is supported; device-code authentication is disabled in this tenant. Never put credentials in chat, documentation or command arguments.
scripts/deploy-test-release.sh in each repository. Backend retains the prior Deployment in thewell-backend-recovery-<run>; frontend invokes scripts/recover-test-frontend-switch.py d03849-skan-ag-test. Ownership checks must pass before restoring; retain recovery receipts on failure. Do not substitute legacy production scripts.ops/produce-test-acceptance.py prepare, then accept; the latter signs and publishes. recover --candidate-id ... reconciles interrupted publication and is not application rollback. The installed program tree is /usr/local/lib/thewell-test-acceptance/; operator state is private under /home/ax_julian/.codex/secrets/thewell-test-acceptance/. Use the existing operator configuration and parser-defined arguments; no new signing identity is needed. The current accepted pair requires no repeated human fixture./usr/local/lib/eventhorizon-test-storage/checkpoint-controller.py. Its maintenance-checkpoint mode creates a checkpoint, not a restore. Do not invoke it as a generic recovery command. Prior physical restore evidence is narrower than recovery after a real failed schema-changing release; that case remains unproven.TheWell operator command templates below use new real candidate inputs, not the already accepted pair. Set each uppercase input to the matching downloaded run artifact or restricted observation file; never invent observation content. Backend source checkout currently preserved at /home/ax_julian/temp/thewell-delivery-takeover-20260927/thewell-acceptance-producer; frontend at sibling frontend. For fresh observation, run backend394 manually on dev with YAML parameter observationOnly=true through the existing Azure pipeline UI/verified provider route. It skips Build/Deploy. Do not guess a REST template-parameter payload. The accepted pair is recorded on Wiki468 with signed index469. A new pair needs genuinely bracketed normal-user evidence; no repeat is requested for the existing pair.

/var/lib/thewell-test-retention/status.json.The approved finalization delivers this usable handover and reconciled evidence. It does not complete the broader original delivery goal.
The following dated record is preserved for traceability. Earlier “pending,” “remaining,” and percentage statements are superseded by the current handover above; do not execute them as a current plan.
Actual delivery succeeded: DEV candidate 3881/internal8996 ran from1790529502 to1790529828 (326 seconds including provider queue). Automatic main commit 0a47abb8a3e20ba8edb7721ba4339a580ee5ef34 has exactly the accepted DEV tree a6e4eba3f95438ee0e0be9ec3f4eb1feef9fa243; remote branches were fetched and compared. Production promotion 3883/internal8998 succeeded from1790529802 to1790529870 (68 seconds). These are incidental real delivery observations, not a performance campaign or reviewed-request SLA proof.
Fresh strict-TLS public checks of https://test.codecartography.dev/healthz and https://codecartography.dev/healthz returned200, correct environment headers, backend revision a6e4eba3f95438ee0e0be9ec3f4eb1feef9fa243; both /pkg/build-revision.txt endpoints returned the same revision. All four deployments have current observed generations and Ready1/1: PROD backend2567/frontend747, TEST backend18/frontend16. Identical immutable images in both environments: backend sha256:d7da23c44f19cac16dd1b1def980473cccae9e5fbdf95e369e4183a4dc630bd7, frontend sha256:dc7f04b5be790dbd234af0ad2c67147d55e4dadd3afb86316f0a6fb1f291864f.
This proves this implementation was reviewed, integrated, delivered and publicly healthy, including preserved automatic main delivery. It does not prove a new autonomous implementation request. Live ConfigMaps in both environments still have background, implementation and requirements automation false. TheWell direct web TEST responds200 and its retention timer is active with next invocation September28; earlier normal-user login/save acceptance remains valid. TheWell autonomous implementation cannot start while the implementation pause remains effective. No pause was lifted, no synthetic change was created and TheWell production/Office exceptions remain unchanged. Overall goal stays incomplete; a concise direct-delivery handover is being consolidated from existing routes.
PR6728 is merged to DEV as a6e4eba3f95438ee0e0be9ec3f4eb1feef9fa243. Remote DEV and exact tree equality with independently accepted head a8db5079126895cfbba65d576ef5ef96b1cff723 were verified. Existing independent reviewer identity7 recorded approval54. Feature3879 passed61 seconds; full shadow3880 passed471 seconds including queue:106s native tests,55s database checks,196s backend compilation,85s frontend compilation, remaining publication/provenance. All DB checks passed on the corrected revision, including the categorization test that previously failed without sufficient diagnostics; its previous failure remains unexplained, not retroactively erased.
Actual DEV candidate 3881/internal8996 is running. It owns normal TEST delivery and approved automatic main/production flow. No deployment result for this revision is claimed yet. Parent monitor session98546 observes this existing run without redispatch. User budget correction remains effective: no representative performance campaign or synthetic performance samples. TheWell production stop, Office DEV exception and general implementation automation pause remain preserved. Goal incomplete.
PR6728 now head a8db5079126895cfbba65d576ef5ef96b1cff723. Requirement-only commit 44a0746e applies the user budget correction to REQ0159/0162; no performance campaign or representative-run completion gate remains. Full native tests on cad3d74d passed (473 library,949 main,24 Gitea MCP,1 Kubernetes MCP); shadow3877 failed database validation after152 seconds. New fixtures exposed incomplete outcome data and an unadmitted pending revision. Product admission also compared reserialized typed outcomes against raw persisted JSONB; defaults could reject unchanged records. Latest correction reads persisted JSON, checks typed equivalence and preserves exact locked owner/intent/timestamp/JSONB comparison. Fixtures now include mandatory fields and admit the actual pending revision. Existing categorization test failure remains unclassified; its exact filter now exposes uncaptured diagnostic output, without bypassing assertions.
Worker formatting operation 25515191d50e47858f3c76db26820842 passed with cleanup verified; final module SHA256 f03fa3e519d64b4e9078d812537e447f339a0ca97cbcb71de6960695cdc4bfb1. Astra accepted exact committed source a8db5079, including unchanged stale-record fencing. Feature 3879/internal8994 and correctness shadow 3880/internal8995 are provider-confirmed running on this exact head. No merge or deployment has occurred for PR6728. Parent owns monitoring, defect resolution, reviewed integration and runtime delivery. Full goal remains incomplete.
The user explicitly withdrew budget for validating consistent performance across representative changes and for dedicated validation of the separate 10-minute usable TEST target, especially synthetic validation data. This supersedes the representative campaign and 20-revision acceptance gate elsewhere in this historical record. Preserve the 3-minute build and 10-minute TEST design targets; record incidental timings from necessary real delivery work only. No dedicated benchmark campaign or synthetic performance samples are authorized. Consistency remains unproven and is not a completion gate under the revised scope. Continue implementation, correctness checks and actual deployment/workflow verification within existing approvals. TheWell production stop and Office DEV exception remain unchanged.
Shadow run 3875/internal8990 is terminal failed after 119 seconds including queue. Validate candidate failed compiling the native test binary: src/main/worker_reconciliation_tests.rs:2066 passes eight arguments to the now nine-argument merge_self_improvement_branch; the fixture must supply and verify the exact reviewed source revision. No candidate was registered, merged or deployed. The 155-second runnable build result remains valid, but does not establish full validation. Sol owns the focused fixture repair; parent owns worker formatting, rerun and delivery. Astra accepted committed source 0c9e0b1068d802e75188c22256c75f63acc408bc; final module formatting was proven whitespace-only against the prior accepted hash. The failed run is retained; no unchanged retry is being dispatched.
PR 6728 targets DEV, exact head 0c9e0b1068d802e75188c22256c75f63acc408bc, base cf6684d9c564abd11849fad21eb034e3414fd430. This supersedes the uncommitted status below. The nine-file request-clock implementation is not yet integrated or deployed.
Final worker formatting operation d3f3247277a44f70832d63e173eec2fb passed; admission/projection module SHA256 3acf05d5305760672b178df573ad044cf567da5749973fa60cc29de3f2f37666. Final isolated PostgreSQL schema smoke operation 01a24260d3f246719777b4761de3a969 passed six checks against SQL SHA256 739c439ffd67f013eacfc0ef039b52ab95f3c2dc47b15c77d49bbb91e1f87cda, with owned cleanup verified. These checks do not substitute for native/database lifecycle tests or runtime acceptance.
Feature run 3874/internal8989 succeeded. The authoritative artifact collector streamed and verified ten artifacts: original provider request to runnable feedback 154.614637 seconds, including 1 second queue/scheduling, within 180 seconds; full workflow156 seconds. Exact source is the PR head. This is one genuine build sample, not representative-campaign acceptance.
Existing shadow candidate workflow dispatched once on the exact feature head: 3875/internal8990, task18445, runner25. Provider confirms running candidate validation; merge, finalize and deploy jobs have no tasks. Shadow mode does not register, deploy or promote the candidate and cannot count as a usable TEST timing sample. Parent owns full validation and delivery; Astra is checking final formatted committed-source acceptance. All production stops and Office DEV exception remain effective. Goal incomplete: reviewed-request runtime proof, representative timing campaign, failed schema-change recovery and remaining normal-workflow acceptance still outstanding.
The next implementation remains uncommitted in autocoder-reviewed-request, branch delivery/reviewed-request-clock-20260927, basecf6684d9. Sol owns source, Astra independent review, parent worker checks/integration. No request-ledger schema or UI has been deployed.
First coherent draft covers one additive request ledger, pre-contention self-improvement admission, batch SuperProject admission before provider merges, once-bound merge identity, exact first healthy TEST projection, existing authenticated release overview/panel and two ignored DB fixtures named t_req_0162_database_*. Review corrected fresh transaction snapshots after capacity-lock wait, same-head re-verification preserving the original evidence/time, historical missing admission remaining unmeasured without blocking delivery, and recovery revisions keeping the group origin while older health cannot mark new recovery complete.
Worker evidence for the first frozen schema (sourceSHA256 09f0ebf0c9aa6f8690bb4ce06cf350c79e54258e99b77a3c29d8f832696f0be3):
e6f486e8796d45a1b732f7ba61e60c21 passed baseline schema→new schema→repeat new schema→previous schema code, preserving a reserved fixture account and additive ledger. Incomplete unowned admission was rejected. No production data/schema export or live DB mutation; network-none worker container,512MiB memory,256MiB data tmpfs,180s deadline, exact cleanup verified. This is migration compatibility smoke evidence, not full lifecycle acceptance.281c98e1232d4215acbeb84096524b9a passed explicit new-module rustfmt plus canonical cargo fmt check; module SHA after formatting89cd0e956fd5c26083f927bd0de57100b544f55b9ef262ba35b5fad4c12f2706. Prior operation9c2fc3c094604d41b8aacab8a130174e passed cargo fmt alone, which does not format include!-only source. Direct formatting of all tracked included files then exposed an existing non-idempotent layout at worker_task_self_improvement.rs74; operation313675f35c4c40f6b755137933e5e9d7 discarded those worker-only edits, cleanup verified. Scope narrowed to the new module plus normal workspace formatting, preserving unrelated existing style.Further source correction is now required before final checks: Gitea SuperProject member repository_id is numeric provider identity, unlike cycle owner/name. Hardcoding AutoCoder names would falsely leave even AutoCoder multi-member requests unmeasured. Existing schema3 candidate run_url is durable provenance: CI registration binds it to the exact provider task in the configured repository and validates source/tree there. New request admission will persist server-resolved canonical remote identity separately from provider member ID; projection strictly matches that identity to the validated candidate URL before exact revision/inventory/health joins. Later member discovery cannot relabel old admission. Generic proven Gitea members must be covered; same SHA in another repository must fail matching. Missing Azure/member-specific immutable candidate and external-health evidence remains unmeasured. Failed/rejected/exhausted lifecycle outcomes stay failed even when timing is unavailable.
Existing shadow candidate validation is enabled and supports exact feature refs without deployment. After final worker formatting/schema checks and independent source review, parent will use the normal feature pipeline and existing shadow route for full native/isolated DB acceptance before DEV integration. Current TEST/PROD remain on delivered cf6684d9 candidate. Goal and all outstanding performance/recovery/workflow/retirement criteria remain active; TheWell production stop and DEV Office-plugin exception unchanged.
PR6726 is fully integrated and delivered. Earlier unsupported receipt and isolated harness dependency failure retained. Controller work consisted of inspection/source editing/coordination; checks and builds ran on worker.
Remaining work: earlier reviewed-request-to-TEST clock is being implemented in isolated autocoder-reviewed-request worktree, not yet reviewed/compiled/deployed. Actual source inspection refined provenance to evidence_task_id plus explicit producer kind: cycle independent-verification versus SuperProject existing validated-outcome; no fabricated SuperProject independent verifier or new approval gate. Already-merge-pending historical owners lacking admission remain unmeasured rather than receiving fresh timestamps. Sol owns source; Astra independent review; parent final verification/integration.
The overall goal remains incomplete: representative20-revision delivery evidence, paired/cold cases, genuine failed schema-changing candidate recovery, remaining authorized user workflows and safe DEV retirement still need acceptance. TheWell PROD stop and DEV terminology-plugin exception remain unchanged. No user input currently needed for the active implementation.

Candidate run3871/internal8986 is running after the DEV merge. TEST/automatic main/PROD effects for this revision remain unverified until terminal and exact runtime evidence. Parent owns that monitoring.
Next approved implementation started in isolated autocoder-reviewed-request worktree, branch delivery/reviewed-request-clock-20260927, exact DEV basecf6684d9. Sol owns the previously reviewed immutable pre-contention request clock implementation and existing release overview/panel consumer; Astra owns independent architecture/source review; parent owns worker verification and delivery. No Rust/DB change deployed yet. This preserves separate600s reviewed-request acceptance rather than replacing it with the provider-only measurement above.
Goal remains active. One real passing build sample is not representative20-revision delivery or paired/cold acceptance. TheWell production stop and DEV terminology-plugin exception remain unchanged.
PR6726 head eff4f6e89a10d04fafdb7144cf556772acafd616 is pushed, not merged. Real feature run3870/internal8985 is running; no live receipt acceptance yet.
Architecture resolved without a new service, identity, database mount or worker permission. CI receiptv2 records exact run/revision/task context, runnable artifact/upload/current outcomes and explicitly execution-only task timing. It makes no queue-inclusive SLA verdict. Existing candidate task-assignment timing is renamed and excluded from queue/SLA claims; candidate chronology and existing retained-manifest consumers remain compatible.
New administrator-only scripts/collect-branch-feedback-timing.py opens existing Gitea SQLite read-only, uses immutable action_run.created and binds exact repository/run number/workflow/event/ref/SHA/job/latest task/attempt/runner to retained receipt and runnable artifacts. It reads and hashes real retained artifact bytes, validates coverage and WASM source identity, retains unavailable/failed/superseded/pending outcomes, and compares unrounded terminal duration with180s. Per-run60s deadline,512MiB aggregate streamed input,256MiB single artifact,32explicit runs maximum and bounded stdout; no retention deletion. This is provider-build-request timing, not the earlier reviewed-request-to-TEST600s clock, whose separate implementation remains outstanding. Old missing clocks stay unavailable.
Astra reviewed exact source: collector c2d0b67421df3312a37c2661e057ffdfb5947d2e5a0b152b2b1a609a7b30124e, collector tests dc842d906b7a470e0e2aa340370a21bf30cec329f1668e4c52bdc92376c6bab8; Sol execution receipt and candidate correction reviewed independently. Worker op29af9f0ba14347999bb762a5e55e8c50 passed24 timing cases, both workflow YAML/shell syntax and candidate publication protocol checks, exact container cleanup verified. Prior opc268b80d116d46e18c2e696e0f16bc4d passed24 timing cases but publication check failed because the isolated harness omitted its archive-verifier dependency; added that existing source dependency and reran successfully. This was a harness omission, not a reason to suppress the failure or change product publication behavior.
Parent owns integration and live acceptance. Goal remains active; TheWell PROD stop and DEV Office-plugin exception remain unchanged. No new user input is needed for this correction.
PR6726 source cb4b55eac86050e03c3e0ba9d7f317f169dd5e20 is open against DEV, not merged. Feature run3869/internal8984 passed80 seconds measured from authoritative action_run.created through stopped. Its uploaded timing artifacts1554/1555 reported unavailable/run-context-invalid; no timing success is claimed. Nine worker cases and workflow/shell syntax had passed op c409b41d5ec44360acbaeaec5061d2f3, showing why live evidence remains required.
Runner registration uses http://gitea-http.gitea.svc.cluster.local:3000, distinct from fixed authenticated API origin https://gitea.app.lan. A narrow uncommitted correction preserves the fixed HTTPS/NoRedirect API route, recognizes only verified registered contexts and records bounded origin/ref/event evidence. It is not yet delivered.
More important contract defect: Gitea1.24.6 task created_at occurs at assignment/start, not workflow enqueue. Exact historical run3491/internal8571 was created1790109700; first classify task15885 was created/started1790150358, omitting40,658 seconds. Its final validation task15964 was created/started1790154951, omitting45,251 seconds of queue/dependency/execution from the original run. New single-job run3869 was created1790522879 but task18436 only at1790522881. Thus task-created clocks cannot establish queue-inclusive180s/600s acceptance. Existing candidate task-clock claims share this limitation. Earlier parent reports explicitly measured from provider DB run.created remain valid for that labeled boundary, but do not establish earlier reviewed-delivery request time.
Counterexample evidence: restricted taskroot gitea-task-clock-counterexample.json; current feature result and artifacts in autocoder-request-clock-feature-run-01.json and autocoder-request-clock-feature-artifacts-01.json. Integration is held while selecting a provider-accessible immutable workflow-enqueue clock. Gitea's published API exposes tasks and logs, not run metadata on this installed version; source review is checking exact web run data/native status events before proposing any additional service. No permissions or capacity have changed. Do not relabel task-created time as a request or count it as a passing sample.
Fresh integration base verified: AutoCoder DEV 8886051df8872239d1f7fa74afdb65c4e2eef188. Isolated worktree /home/ax_julian/temp/thewell-delivery-takeover-20260927/autocoder-request-clock, branch delivery/request-clock-20260927. Main workspace has unrelated requirements edits and unresolved Kubernetes/worker-reconciliation merges; preserved untouched. Existing REQ-0159/0162 already authorize this durable intent; no new requirement is needed.
Sol owns the branch feedback clock patch (workflow, bounded Python producer/checks, existing quick-check hooks and delivery documentation). Contract: capture first runner step before checkout; exact read-only provider task lookup binds repository/run/branch/SHA/workflow/event/job; record provider task-created/start/runner-observed/after-runnable-artifact terminal times. Keep queue and runner setup distinct. Fixed HTTPS origin, reject redirects, bounded response/pages/aggregate lookup deadline, no token logging. Retain successful, slow, failed, superseded, non-runnable and unavailable records for3days; no qualifying result without current exact source plus required runnable artifacts and successful upload. Missing checkout must produce an unavailable context record when runner/artifact transport remains available. This measures the provider-enqueued build request, never the implementation/chat prompt. Patch is not yet committed, tested, integrated or deployed.
Astra reviewed the separate delivery-clock architecture. Important findings: stamping only successful prepare_self_improvement_integration omits ownership queue; use a durable admission before that contention. Exact reviewed SHA already exists in completed_worker_revision(task_id) (completed exit0 clean objective checkpoint); reuse it instead of reading current branch head or inventing new verifier fields. Bind that revision into the existing merge boundary and reject stale heads through existing re-verification. No retroactive stamps for historical already-merged work.
Planned storage/consumer contract (not implemented): one additive request table with immutable owner/intent/repository/target/reviewed-revision/verifier identity, server request timestamp, nullable once-bound provider PR and integration revision. Nullable FK links to canonical cycle or change set, exactly one owner. Unique identity makes retries reuse rows/time. New recovery revisions retain the group's earliest request time; new intent versions form new groups, while earlier failed/superseded records remain visible. Batch-admit all eligible SuperProject members before any provider validation/merge iteration, using persisted outcome/intent CAS. Bound metadata growth explicitly rather than assuming canonical owner retention exists; source review found no existing production owner purge. Do not introduce destructive retention cleanup.
Evaluator must match exact integration revision or complete trusted first-parent candidate inventory (not requirement text or current rolling state), then earliest exact externally healthy test observation. Multi-member delivery ends only when every required member is healthy, using earliest group request and latest member completion. Expose pending/failed/superseded/unmeasured requests as well as completed candidates through the existing authenticated release overview; separate provider-only timings for manual/direct Git paths. Missing or ambiguous evidence never counts as pass.
Acceptance for this remaining implementation: worker verification of pre-contention capture, exact reviewed head/intent binding, crash/retry/unknown-merge stability, recovery preserving original start, historical missing clocks staying unknown, exact candidate/first-health joins, failed/superseded visibility, additive-schema old-binary compatibility, then real provider/artifact/UI evidence. No invented migration or synthetic20-revision campaign. REQ-0162 requires at least20 representative revisions; REQ-0159 independently requires two concurrent build requests, not a literal20 minimum. Goal remains active; TheWell PROD stop and DEV Office-plugin exception unchanged.

Source authoring/review involved Sol/Astra plus parent; allowance attribution unavailable, no savings claim.
Next concrete gap: truthful request timing. Read-only source review found REQ-0159 explicitly180s from build request including queue with two concurrent requests; REQ-0162 explicitly600s from reviewed delivery request including integration queue and at least20 representative revisions. Neither requires the original conversational prompt. Existing provider-created clocks do not prove earlier reviewed handoff latency. Proposed next authorized implementation: immutable DB handoff timestamp before managed merge mutations, exact candidate/first healthy TEST observation binding, plus exact task-created build queue timing. Historical missing clocks remain unavailable; direct Bodylog/EH Git pushes keep separately labeled provider/integration clocks. No implementation of this timestamp fix yet.
Both populated PostgreSQL checkpoint/restore proofs are complete for the selected reserved records. Genuine changed-schema failed-candidate recovery, representative request-to-result latency evidence and other remaining scoped outcomes are still incomplete. Do not manufacture migrations, inject product failures or relabel synthetic revisions to close acceptance. TheWell PROD stop and DEV terminology-plugin exception remain effective. Goal remains active.

Restricted task evidence: bodylog-physical-restore-01.json, bodylog-restore-preflight.json, bodylog-restore-after.json, bodylog-checkpoint-bracket.json. Task executor remains temporary under the existing256MiB task bound, parent-owned until outstanding EventHorizon verification completes.
This proves physical copy/start/read integrity for this populated Bodylog checkpoint and reserved record. It does not prove a genuine changed-schema failed-candidate rollback, all user workflows, or NAS disaster recovery. EventHorizon populated checkpoint/restore and other goal requirements remain outstanding. Goal remains active.

Implemented, integrated and operationally verified: PR6616 source b07ebb625c415d74da73b1bcd2b91e4f07167a3d → DEV cd44f7d7b06643bb6eb597019ebb0857d93ed42e, exact reviewed tree equality, no automatic application pipeline from this tooling-only merge. Final coverage includes actual status-file writes on authentication/deadline/provider failures and success, confirmed lease404/expiry handling, signed-history reconstruction after interruption, revocation, caps and26-hour status freshness. Provider/crypto boundaries in scheduler unit cases are mocked; the live service result below is the separate operational evidence.
Root-owned installed program tree /usr/local/lib/thewell-test-acceptance/ is107,893bytes; installed hashes match the reviewed source. Existing ax_julian UID/GID1240000004 owns the service, existing Azure cache/key/journal/Wiki credential remain private, and no new identity/permission/lease is created. thewell-test-retention.service has180s internal/240s systemd deadlines,384MiB memory,32tasks,10%CPU and restricted write paths. One status file plus one atomic temporary file is bounded to16KiB each under /var/lib/thewell-test-retention/, mode0600 in0700 directory.
First start failed before program execution with200/CHDIR because the parent's installer inherited umask077 and created the new program directories0700. Parent corrected only these four new root-owned program directories to0755; secret/state permissions remain unchanged. The next actual run succeeded14:12:55UTC, refreshed signed index469 to sequence3 (issued14:12:54.299819Z, exact600s lifetime), with matching owner journal and no pending write. Candidate468 content is byte-for-byte unchanged; acceptanceSHA256 remains 61e9e6df88a74d9177afef129256ecb8e6647ad8fb0a84928c0924c34791859d. Status is healthy:1eligible pair,2retained runs,115,504,150bytes,no pending candidate,no expiry attention.
thewell-test-retention.timer is enabled/active: daily03:10UTC with0–300s jitter, next observed invocation2026-09-28 03:12:51UTC. The first live run was manual; future timer execution is not claimed observed yet. The existing host-health-monitor now calls the new audit wrapper, which preserves its previous EventHorizon/storage audit and adds redacted TheWell status checks. Normal scheduled host-health invocation 19603e378dd34024872a1f8431ae9e5d ran14:19:19–14:19:20UTC and succeeded after hook activation14:13:59UTC. No synthetic failure or new alert recipient was used. The bounded journal watcher timed out without reporting completion; authoritative systemd/journal readback independently proved the successful scheduled invocation. The watcher terminated and cleaned up its journal process; no service was restarted because of that observation failure. Existing monitor confirmation/deduplication/recovery route remains responsible for real alerts.
Daily reconciliation is not continuous freshness for the ten-minute signed admission index. Before later admission, run an owner on-demand refresh. Azure authentication expiry produces a failed audit state while preserving signed history/index and last-success facts; recover via the existing interactive browser login (device auth is disabled), then rerun the service. The service never creates, renews or deletes leases. Historical retained and partial owned runs remain counted against existing3pair/6run/4GiB/64record/8MiB limits; unrelated generic Azure leases are preserved, so this is not a claim that all provider storage is globally finite.
Rollback: after a running oneshot finishes, disable the new timer, rename only /etc/systemd/system/host-health-monitor.service.d/thewell-test-retention.conf to a non-.conf suffix, and daemon-reload. Preserve signed pages, leases, keys, journal and status. The earlier EventHorizon checker becomes effective again. Local evidence: thewell-retention-integration.json, thewell-retention-installed.json, thewell-retention-live-readback.json, thewell-retention-provider-lease-readback.json, thewell-retention-health-hook-readback.json in the bounded takeover directory.
Review accounting: Sol-medium implementation; Astra-medium independent architecture/source review; parent acceptance/integration/installation. Initial review required crash-attention and prepublication-bound corrections; parent caught26h freshness logic and requested actual scheduler failure-path cases. Final review accepted exact source and added tests. Per-agent token/allowance and comparative savings are unavailable (null); no savings claim.
All five existing EH/Bodylog initial snapshots are confirmed empty pre-bootstrap states (noPG_VERSION/top-level files), consistent with the earlier plan record. They do not prove populated recovery. Sol owns source implementation of an administrator-only same-schema maintenance checkpoint in the existing shared controller; Astra owns independent review, parent owns worker verification, integration and runtime execution. No runtime checkpoint/restore mutation has happened yet.
Use the existing lock, owned journal/CAS/quiescence/restart/recovery phases with bounded request-ID idempotency (max10requests/16KiB), explicit expected source and DeploymentUID, and purpose=fixtures; no fake SQL migration, new identity/RBAC/timer or deletion of old snapshots. Parent verifies provider idle immediately before manual invocation. Controller verifies stable ownership and wins the existing Deployment CAS; candidate migrations occur only on startup after guarded deployment. Application fixture writes are not individually marker-fenced; actual writer quiescence is proved by stopping all application pods before database/Qdrant snapshot. Released.source must match runtime/dev after normal code-only delivery/poll; historical baseline source/image remain separate until fresh populated checkpoint completes.
Following that checkpoint, the planned physical restore is an isolated, network-disabled worker container using exact supported live datastore image/version, a bounded256MiB tmpfs and128MiB input cap, with no live data mount, new NAS dataset/PVC/export or external endpoint. Stream only exact owned snapshot bytes, prove clean PG shutdown/system identity/ledger and fixture hashes (or Qdrant/file fingerprints), then remove only the owned temporary container. This will prove populated restore/start/read integrity; genuine changed-schema compatibility and automatic failed-candidate rollback remain separate unproven outcomes.
AutoCoder current readback still shows TEST/PROD Ready1/1 on identical accepted backend/frontend digests; DEV replicas remain0. There are no newer representative pipeline runs after the previously recorded successful deliveries. Full representative timing coverage, genuine changed-schema recovery, protected mobile delivery, authorized model-backed flows and remaining retirement work remain open. TheWell PROD stop and DEV Office exception remain effective. Overall goal remains incomplete.
The user confirmed that the renamed empty workspace still says Check saved after refresh. This check is complete; do not request a repeat. Its signed acceptance remains candidate b26124-f26129-20260927T133407Z, page 468, SHA256 61e9e6df88a74d9177afef129256ecb8e6647ad8fb0a84928c0924c34791859d.
PR 6615 integrated reusable saved-request workspace names into DEV 20986ec14ce7e06b067d3980dc78c0e0af13397f, with exact source/merge tree equality. Names obey the backend's 80 UTF-16-unit limit. Independent review accepted the patch; all 16 worker tests passed in operation f5c4ca29fa4841babc1ea51bc24a9f16, with owned container cleanup verified. No automatic pipeline was found for this tooling-only merge. Existing deployed application and signed candidate are unchanged.
Daily retention reconciliation and existing health-alert integration are in implementation, not installed. Sol owns the source patch after parent handoff; Astra owns architecture review; parent owns verification, reviewed integration, installation and operational evidence. Unknown provider/auth/network errors must preserve the signed index, and expiry of the last eligible candidate must remain visible. Daily reconciliation does not promise continuous freshness of the 10-minute admission index; future admission needs on-demand refresh. The overall delivery goal remains incomplete.
Updated 2026-09-27 UTC. Implementation is incomplete. This is the single entry point for resuming the approved delivery redesign. Detailed application contracts remain in their repositories; dated operational evidence remains in the linked change record. This document records the approved outcome and current work; it does not create a persisted autonomous Goal or grant new authority.
On2026-09-27 the user explicitly directed that the terminology plugins cannot move to the TEST workflow: no usable Office TEST system or administrator who can grant its permissions is available. Word and Outlook must continue using the existing DEV plugins for now. This supersedes the goal's earlier assumption that their Office acceptance/cutover would occur in TEST. No new TEST tenant assignment, permission grant or administrator search is required by the active scope.
Keep the DEV plugin hosting, backend/authentication and other verified dependencies available until a later authorized replacement exists. Do not retire TheWell DEV resources that still serve these plugins. TheWell web/backend TEST delivery continues; already hosted TEST plugin files do not establish a usable Office TEST system. The user's normal-account TEST web sign-in/application-load confirmation remains valid. Current Office issue: DEV Word1.2.0.0 is visible under Manage your apps in Word for the web but its command/task pane is not visible in the document. Diagnose the existing DEV installation without requiring a TEST migration.
Completed: candidate b26124-f26129-20260927T133407Z, Wiki page468, is signed and independently verified against the reviewed public key, exact backend26124/frontend26129 provider artifacts and finite owned leases22643/22644. Existing provider-managed leases were not deleted. ops/verify-test-acceptance.py returned readOnlyAdmissionpassed and productionAuthorizedfalse.
User said the repeated candidate-named create task was too complicated. Parent simplified it to rename the already-created empty workspace to Check saved and refresh. User confirmed Yes, it still says Check saved. The signed evidence explicitly uses owner-attested human confirmation, not machine-observed UI, and claims current rename/reload only; prior creation remains separate historical evidence. The saved request predates the confirmation13:28:53Z, bracketed by matching read-only observations26134/13:24:53Z and26135/13:29:30Z. Post-lease observation26136/13:39:34Z also matched, with Build/Deploy skipped. No further user repetition is needed.

Signed index page469 is sequence2, issued13:43:32.181953Z, expires13:53:32.181953Z, exact600seconds; owner journal matches, no pending reservation/publication. The immutable acceptance remains historical evidence after index freshness expires; run the reviewed operator refresh before future admission. No unattended scheduler/alert route or production promotion is activated. Final restricted evidence: thewell-signed-acceptance-final-readback.json, thewell-trusted-acceptance-readback-2.json, thewell-candidate-owned-leases.json, thewell-index-refresh-result.json. Temporary115.5MB RAM artifact copies and temporary gateway worktree were removed with readback; provider artifacts, signing key/journal and the user's empty workspace remain preserved. Source worktree is clean at e69436a5.
Remaining plan work: unattended reconcile/alert ownership before automatic use; replace the bootstrap fixture's fixed names with bounded names from its recorded human request for future candidates; genuine changed-schema/live recovery evidence, representative timing coverage (including prior misses), protected mobile delivery, model-backed workflow acceptance where authorized, and remaining safe DEV dependency inventory. TheWell PROD stop and DEV Word/Outlook exception remain effective. The full delivery goal is not complete.

Independent Astra accepted source; worker operation cd597ad2756a4b38bfe749c6424c5d61 passed12 checks and verified cleanup. Tooling-only merge triggered no automatic339/394 runs at readback.
Operator signing key and owner journal are provisioned under /home/ax_julian/.codex/secrets/thewell-test-acceptance/, files0600 and directory0700 owned by existing administrator. PR6610 source bd6f5f660a6b26fdf40345760933f43b18a393f0 integrated into DEV bb3bb68be402d68b6f08006ae2b527a58ed9b46b with identical reviewed tree. The change fixes the observer's rejection of the frontend's deliberately persistent completed selected-pod-verified state, requiring exact run/release/Deployment UID/spec and desired-claim matches, plus existing ready-pod/endpoint checks. Fixed allowlisted diagnostic codes expose no raw provider/configuration values. Independent Astra reviewed exact observer SHA256 05a779d875bfc27b3a2441678704ff43240c7b6ec569a14b8292250e571d3e90. Existing nine producer tests were not rerun for this observer-only change; live verification follows.

Saved restricted evidence: thewell-observation-26133.json, thewell-observation-26133-readback.json, thewell-observation-run-2.json, thewell-observer-fix-integration.json. No application redeployment occurred.
This proves the scoped live observation route, not signed acceptance. Next owner action: provision the existing operator's restricted signing state/public key, prepare the exact artifact pair and gateway-source comparison, then collect genuinely bracketed human evidence and post-lease observation before signing/publishing. The earlier workspace confirmation remains valid human persistence evidence but must not be backdated into this later observation. No signing key, candidate-owned lease, signed candidate page, production mutation or Office TEST migration has been activated. DEV terminology dependencies remain preserved; goal incomplete.
PR6609 integrated reviewed source 8c62f3231525f5f173c7f78dee7528d9061c3e2c into DEV 920ee528febcbf193c5e0c483b87f1780453f0b1; parent verified identical source trees and no automatic339/394 runs for the merge at readback. The tooling-only commit and merge explicitly used [skip ci] to preserve the current TEST pair and DEV Office dependencies. Legacy339 remains enabled and unchanged.
Final isolated worker operation 4c202cac57bc49839b3a10eabebce2d0 passed9 focused checks with owned container cleanup verified. Earlier6/8-check successful revisions remain recorded; independent Astra review required corrections for source binding, replay ordering and projected retention bounds before accepting the final source. Source implementation by Sol medium, review by Astra medium, parent integration/verification; per-agent allowance and elapsed attribution unavailable/null, no savings claim.
Explicit manual394 observation run26132 at that merge failed in the read-only Python observer, with Build and Deploy skipped. Its diagnostic was overly generic (TEST acceptance observation failed; details suppressed). Parent owns diagnosis; a bounded source follow-up is adding safe operation identifiers, and checking the completed frontend selected-pod-verified marker against the actual deployment contract. No repeated unchanged run, signing key, candidate-owned lease, signed Wiki candidate, gateway mutation or production deployment has occurred. Normal-user workspace persistence confirmation remains valid but exact signed pair admission is pending. Goal remains incomplete.

The driver independently compared the full persona with the durably saved original, confirmed unchanged deployed template/UID/generation, and removed the owned browser container. Parent subsequently re-read the API and independently matched the entire original persona. No API recovery was used and no model request was made. This proves normal fixture UI persistence, not model-backed roleplay, migration rollback or physical snapshot restoration.

Integrated build/package/deployment checks remain. Rust2 remains scaled to zero. |
A passing workflow, saved plan, local commit or queued build is not a deployed or accepted result.
The normal candidate-test.yaml workflow validates and builds a candidate, persists its receipt, elects the desired test candidate, claims deployment and deploys the same immutable backend/frontend image pair. Deployment verifies ready image digests and externally served revisions. Source freshness, deployment ownership and migration serialization protect overlapping deliveries and rollback.
The separate recovery identity is restricted to AutoCoder-Engine. Its Gitea token has repository-write scope (broader than Actions-only scope); the application consumes it only through the fixed candidate-workflow dispatch client. The general development provider token remains read-only. Hook5 accepts signed workflow_job events and records durable, deduplicated provider evidence. A 30-second controller scan supplies missed-hook recovery without LLM polling.
| Evidence | Result |
|---|---|
| Application-change feedback #3807 | Runnable artifact132s; workflow139s. |
| Normal candidate #3808 | TEST delivery346s from provider creation; independent browser receipt462s. |
| Interrupted original #3811 → automatic recovery #3812 | Same saved candidate and digests, one automatic dispatch by dedicated user19, one accepted claim. Ledger healthy312.49s; external proof315.35s; browser receipt446.84s from original provider creation. |
| Real completion event plus duplicate replay | Authenticated event persisted; two replay responses200 with one row. |
| Lost-hook exercise | Hook disabled during recovery; original completed-job hook evidence absent. Provider fallback recovered the candidate. Gate and hook restored afterward. |
| Browser acceptance | Exact backend/frontend revisions; synthetic project selection; persistent edit/reload; original value restored/reloaded; no browser runtime errors. |
The recovery exercise used the existing delivery gate early in the original build, waited for successful build/artifact/receipt and terminal jobs with no deployment claim, then reopened the gate. It did not cancel a racing deployment, reset counters or manually dispatch recovery.

These are observations from this work, not perpetual assertions of live state. Recheck before another mutation.
Historical failures remain in the evidence: the original e4 candidate needed1966s to reach health; cold and paired samples missed targets. The32 recorded runs across23 revisions include repairs, shadows, failed/cancelled/skipped and documentation-only work. They are not a representative post-repair20-revision acceptance set. Original request timestamps are missing from historical samples; provider/task creation must not be relabeled as user request time.
All three public endpoints now have valid certificate chains. The user confirmed production, test and dev were affected and explicitly requested certificate repair. Unrelated production changes remain stopped.

HAProxy can select a matching wildcard certificate across loaded ingress Secrets; restoring both incomplete copies also restored TEST. This strongly supports shared certificate selection as the reason the earlier TEST-only change failed, although the shared controller configuration/version remains inaccessible.
Earlier actor26020's verify_error:null was a false negative: its parser searched the wrong OpenSSL output stream and did not enforce the verification exit status. That is not a successful pre-change baseline. The replacement repair requires default-trust HTTPS success and independent strict OpenSSL checks.
The earlier statement that TEST was repaired after actor26022 changed its Secret overstated delivery: that actor's public acceptance failed. Source history has leaf-only extraction since December2025; the specific change that exposed the user-reported regression is not established. Service restoration is verified; historical attribution remains unresolved.
The controller is outside our control and administrator access is N/A. No action is assigned to the user. The namespace-owned repair succeeded without that access.
Original source-only PR6585/6586 repaired TEST export only. Follow-up full-chain export is now merged through PR6587 into dev 6e23502854c04a679c1c4daabfca2ec1116fc377, PR6588 into test 5b2bb8bfdba7505eca921eabc0aad1af8d952738, and PR6589 into main 706213436a1cd0ee057fa8bd2dfe6010d7d556ed. Every branch validates the fingerprint-pinned issuer and selected hostname before writing the complete chain. Only azure-pipelines.yml changed; exact source-only merge guards skipped unrelated gateway deployment. Parent independently verified all three PRs completed and definition347's latest builds remain the Sep15 runs25740/25741/25742. No gateway deployment was triggered.
Post-integration independent default-trust HTTPS recheck at17:17:57Z returned HTTP200 for all three. Additional parent strict TLS1.2 and TLS1.3 verification against the published IP with each hostname/SNI passed all six checks. The inactive read-only inventory template was corrected locally to require hostname verification and report the OpenSSL exit status; historical actor evidence is preserved. The pinned issuer must be reviewed when the wildcard certificate is renewed with a different issuer; validation fails before a Secret write if the chain no longer matches.
Rollback evidence preserves original public certificate bytes and identities in provisioning/tls/repair26026-evidence.json; private keys remain in place. Any reversal must compare current repaired bytes/resourceVersion first. Restoring incomplete chains is reserved for a proven new regression, since it would reintroduce the known trust failure.

Before any publication, a verified untouched legacy state can restore old refreshers; after a durable new release/journal or partial publication, preserve records and forward-reconcile before merging.
Astra isolated Chromium trust behavior on the existing pinned Playwright image: both browser variants failed with readonly NSS; the same trusted CA database copied into a private writable tmpfs HOME passed HTTP200 with TLS verification enabled. Parent reviewed the task-local correction. Full driver read-only login diagnostic dbe7b9f3ed9f4804a0a73baefe75f6fd passed navigation/login200 and authenticated UI, with owned container removal and unchanged fixture independently verified.
Subsequent normal flow reaches the unique fixture and clicks Edit, rendering one dialog element and one Edit task heading, but the tooling times out waiting for the editor. Both role/name and structural selector attempts failed; cause remains under Astra DOM/layout diagnosis. Latest attempt 26acece904a34653b9aae47b57154ae8 made no mutation, used no API recovery, verified original twice and removed its owned container. All failed attempts and private original journals remain retained; no edit/restore acceptance is claimed.
Checkpoint source review has identified activation/recovery defects (deployment/container identity, stopped Qdrant discovery, post-release crash reconciliation, readiness/config proof, snapshot ownership/lookup, deadlines and bootstrap dependency ordering). Sol is correcting these under Astra review; no controller installation or snapshot mutation has occurred.
Read-only streamed verification confirmed both current public APK/manifest pairs with default TLS, HTTP200, no redirects and unchanged manifest before/after hashing. Bodylog versionCode2026062679:67,649,329bytes, APK SHA256 2c25b9f196489ce29c9fa2d2f6589a8dc0c74f1fb43276824abd54cbd63d5bfc. Evidence mobile-production-baseline-20260927.json; APK bytes were streamed and not stored on the controller. This establishes the current preservation baseline, not transport cutover or production promotion. Bodylog's prepared transport and EventHorizon's descriptor remain inactive; existing publishers remain authoritative.
Read-only inventory of the verified home cluster found only production and TEST namespaces/workloads for EventHorizon and Bodylog, with no separate DEV workload in those project namespaces. AutoCoder's DEV engine, frontend and PostgreSQL remain at zero replicas; production and TEST are Ready and preserve matching accepted image digests. This inventory does not cover external clusters or prove absence of every external consumer. TheWell DEV remains intentionally retained for its Word/Outlook dependencies. Evidence: dev-workload-inventory-20260927.json; no workload or data mutation.

AutoCoder archive preservation marker records owner, aggregate2GiB bound and review due2026-09-27T15:30Z. Preserve unfinished source and recovery evidence; verify protection/retention before cleanup. Do not edit a dirty primary checkout to resume.
Next action (2026-09-27 10:51 UTC): Bodylog browser edit/readback/restore is now accepted; complete, independently review and verify the changed-schema checkpoint implementation on the already-delivered EH/Bodylog rollback prerequisites. AutoCoder correction is now delivered through main and PROD (3866/3868); retain representative latency/recovery gaps. TheWell web/backend acceptance continues under its production stop; existing DEV Office plugins and dependencies remain in use by explicit user direction. Mobile transport is prepared/inactive and its production route cutover remains a separate protected action.
EVENTHORIZON_CI_TOOLCHAIN_IMAGE and Bodylog BODYLOG_WEB_TOOLING_IMAGE to the published bf537318… digest. Provisioned the existing public internal CA certificate as Bodylog INTERNAL_CA_CERT_PEM; no private key or production application credential copied.04387108 adds Node CA trust; Bodylog 93019bda adds workflow trust and pinned PostgreSQL UID/GID70. Neither commit is yet integrated or deployed. Both TEST databases are Ready with fresh credentials and their exact retained PVCs Bound. EventHorizon Qdrant is pinned to reviewed image ecc81d66…, API version1.18.3 commit db8fa43fcb6aedec1e739487e17a99731b74590a, UID/GID1000,1CPU/1GiB/128pids. Private TLS authenticated /, /readyz, /collections passed; unauthenticated collections returned401. Independent image configuration ID matches the running container. Public CA/provenance ConfigMaps are immutable.
Empty, quiesced initial recovery checkpoints were created before starting each database: EH test-20260926T173622Z-initial, migration hash 2fce688b3c467a83913e825b07b8266955f34fe864595d842f746eb4ee906d13; Bodylog test-20260926T174439Z-initial, migration hash e16112e7e802548e7fafbb07a4364955322e536f8e4b73a87b5dff50eb77f4b5. These are pre-bootstrap empty-state checkpoints, not fixture restore acceptance. EH administrator refresh timer is active; its first service run succeeded and created fresh read-only-to-CI admission evidence. Bodylog gate wiring is in progress. No app deployments, fixture seeds, production promotions or dev retirement occurred.
EventHorizon artifact uploader recorded seven completed provider files, but Gitea1.24 REST archive listing returned empty for them. Exact run/task/file records and task upload logs were independently found; worker-only recovery of those exact stored files and receipt-hash verification are in progress, without recompilation. A successful job is not yet an accepted bootstrap image. EH local2bf3be55 adds explicit namespace-only deployer RBAC/documentation; feature artifact source remains55c9de7.
Approval pending: dedicated nonadmin read-only package identity for new TEST pull Secrets. Existing EH package is private and unlinked to a repository; existing Bodylog production pull identity is an administrator. Do not copy these production credentials into TEST or change package visibility. Continue independent source/package/database work while permission is pending.
TheWell read-only activation review found missing TEST operator configuration and stale staged patch bases; source reconciliation continues. Azure Graph token refresh returnedAADSTS50173; cached account metadata is not proof of current Graph access. Existing TLS restoration remains verified; unrelated production stop persists.
Parent read finalized Gitea provider timestamps directly: EH runs3294/3295 took232s/159s; Bodylog1699/1700/1701 took216s/227s/159s. Latest two meet180s on provider-created-to-stopped clocks; original user-request clocks remain unavailable. Earlier commentary used terminal-observation estimates (including an incorrect interim Bodylog209s estimate); feature-provider-final-timings.json is the authoritative final-clock receipt. Preserve all misses. No ten-minute application acceptance or representative20-revision result is claimed.
Bootstrap manifests were parent-verified through authenticated HTTPS registry GETs: EH digest sha256:8cdf316d4afa85855876ed8f1f881136fa25c52f2c644c09f73a24ed888d2e10; Bodylog digest sha256:2c4b74624b619d3eec2773626e76574fe7e59abb23654c786a11db846b54f6f9. Both are explicitly nonpromotable. Bodylog app source remainsc0b9db98, packaging source873834a3; exact provenance is in its receipt. TEST image pull approval is still pending; no production registry identity copied. Namespace-only deployer credentials and exact tool/runtime digest variables are configured; denial checks cover actual production namespaces. Both storage-admission refresh services are succeeding. No TEST application deployed or fixture seeded yet.

Existing root pipeline supplies the same group106 backend credential to all environments. A TEST-only stored copy would preserve existing permissions but would not prove credential isolation. Backend app has existing delegated grants for groups/user, mail, calendars and places; no application Graph role. No new Entra credential/permission was created and no shared credential was copied. Resolve this bounded credential requirement through verified TEST provenance or an explicit scoped decision before claiming isolated authenticated acceptance. Reconciliation/evidence is in reconcile/REVIEW.md.
All current EH/Bodylog source is committed/published in PR1396/1283 and worktrees are clean. Existing protected ops directory is787MiB, below its2GiB bound; worker task builders, contexts and transient registry credentials were cleaned. Remaining plan includes app bootstrap/normal delivery, TheWell activation, automatic changed-schema recovery orchestration, alert integration, full latency acceptance, promotion and dev retirement.
The operator asked to complete this plan while restoring AutoCoder-specific automatic main/production delivery because isolated TEST cannot exercise engine workers and provider writes. REQ-0157 checkpoint 8ee693a5 records this standing project-specific route. Reviewed implementation still integrates through dev; a validated immutable candidate owns a source-pinned main PR and its production delivery, without a fabricated TEST review or a manual TEST acceptance gate. Other projects retain their configured production rules; general implementation automation remains paused.
PR6704 targets dev. Source e75b31dbf9dda5d9521f5e216b334f8669dda560 has an independent Sol source approval, recorded as provider review21 by the existing operator distinct from PR author StockFish. It adds exact provider/review/tree authorization, execution claims, unique rollout/rollback ownership, bounded production recovery, runtime configuration binding, and guarded release-ledger migration. Production is still 4eaee906; no cutover or ledger transfer has occurred.
Worker CI3814 failed after native tests and native/WASM compilation succeeded: the pre-existing optional cronjob overlay references individual files outside its Kustomize root. Fast-feedback job took270s, exceeding180s; the failed sample remains evidence. A source correction relocates the preserved optional manifest under its overlay and uses the canonical root base. A migration follow-up also preserves provider completions for the separate main merge SHA. These corrections are not yet published at this checkpoint. Source at /home/ax_julian/temp/autocoder-delivery-20260926, branch delivery/autocoder-main-cutover-20260926; ops archive remains787MiB below2GiB.
User approved TEST package reads for the EventHorizon and BodyLog organization owners, including future packages, after Gitea1.24.6 proved individual-package scope unavailable. Provisioning the nonadmin read:package-only identity is in progress; approval alone is not a live pull Secret.
User also directed proceeding with the separate TEST credential on TheWell's existing backend app. Azure denied --append credential creation for signed-in Julian.Bechtold because sole app owner is Admin Julian; readback confirms only the original key remains. Interactive access to that existing owner is being clarified; no permission expansion, new consent, or shared credential copy was performed. Frontend feature26038 subsequently succeeded; backend26039 failed DNS resolution of its configured OpenShift API hostname before deployment. Endpoint provenance is still being checked. Production stop remains in force outside the specifically authorized TEST credential action.
User explicitly approved organization-wide package reads for EventHorizon and BodyLog, including future packages. Dedicated nonadministrator test-package-pull has only package-read team units and PAT26 read:package. The two exact bootstrap manifest reads returned200 and matching digests. Credentials are installed only in TEST image-pull Secrets event-horizon-test/event-horizon-registry and bodylog-test/bodylog-test-registry; application bootstrap/acceptance is still pending. Token review date2026-12-25 is manual revocation review, not automatic expiry.
AutoCoder PR6704 follow-up source 3058726fe2b4b4b25b952bf80bbe0d1948410e2c publishes the preserved cronjob overlay repair and main-SHA ledger evidence copy, and separates runnable branch feedback from full candidate validation. Native and database suites remain mandatory in ci-validate-candidate.sh before deployment. Branch artifacts include nonpromotable coverage.json explicitly recording deferred tests and actual rendered overlay count. Independent review found and parent fixed a zero-render reporting gap. Worker run3815 is running; no improved latency or deployment result is claimed yet. Prior failed3814 remains evidence.
TheWell read-only follow-up found the failed endpoint was stale. Another active session changed TEST group110 to the verified alternate OpenShift API alias; source grants remain394/395. Subsequent definition394 runs26040–26042 succeeded. Shared group106 retains its old endpoint and is untouched here. User confirmed access to Admin Julian for interactive login; browser login setup is pending. No new TEST app credential exists yet, and the production stop persists.
Admin Julian completed interactive browser login using an SSH localhost callback tunnel, isolated from the existing Julian.Bechtold Azure session. Tenant device authentication remains disabled. Verified actor is the backend app's existing sole owner. Approved append-only TEST credential was created with keyId e14059a8-e143-46a9-b3a4-86a248563b5d, display name TheWell TEST delivery 2026-09-26, expiry2027-09-26. Original credential, owners and eight delegated permission scopes remain unchanged. Secret value is restricted and is not recorded here. TEST-only application Secret provisioning remains in progress. Read-only runtime inspection found legacy TEST DB/Qdrant/provider values shared with DEV/PROD; replacement must use fresh TEST-local DB/Qdrant credentials and must not copy shared provider secrets or claim model-backed acceptance without an authorized TEST provider.
AutoCoder PR6704 merged into dev as db35bd57b9bd4a85ea7ad2219fde2828d166d210, after exact head 3ccf6d7a approval23 and worker feedback3816 success. Provider workflow clock was264s (19:21:32–19:25:56), fast-feedback245s; native141s and WASM75s on the other runner's cache. This misses180s despite the successful build. Prior3815 failed on the attempted ancestor-base Kustomize correction; final optional overlay is additive jobs only, with baseline-first documentation. Preserve all failed/missed samples.
Integrated candidate3817 failed before deployment because existing production configuration tests still supplied obsolete inline-script arguments. Parent corrected those existing fixtures for execution identity, rollback_template, and frontend resourceVersion snapshot in the pending reconciliation branch; no assertions removed. No candidate3817 rollout occurred.
Before main promotion, parent verified a substantive main/dev divergence: main 4eaee906 and dev share oldbase 33f89d8e, and naive merge has57 conflict paths plus duplicate methods from silent auto-merges. Astra reconciliation is preserving actual missing production fixes (paused-replan retry, SQL lock split, diagnostic/obsolete-baseline recovery, Codex resume/timeout behavior) while keeping newer dev intent-version guards and candidate delivery. Worktree /home/ax_julian/temp/autocoder-reconcile-20260926 starts at integrateddev db35bd57. Automatic main variable remains disabled. No production cutover, ledger transfer or DEV retirement is claimed.
EventHorizon and Bodylog TEST app Service/Deployment/Ingress resources are now created with their exact nonpromotable bootstrap digests and approved TEST-only pull identities; EH also has its source-declared PDB. Existing database/storage/network-policy objects were not replaced. EventHorizon ingressClassName nginx was verified against live controller and added to TEST source. Rollout, fixture and normal-user acceptance are still being checked; creation is not acceptance.
Approved Admin Julian append-only credential on the existing backend Entra app c5a36449-5f68-441a-b422-36c12e0c2137: new key ID e14059a8-e143-46a9-b3a4-86a248563b5d, display name TheWell TEST delivery 2026-09-26, expires 2027-09-26T00:00:00Z. The prior key ID 79f58cbe-5df0-4d46-9bb7-44d57a88b19a, app owner, eight delegated grants and consent remain unchanged. No secret values are in this page or Azure TEST variable group. The separate admin Azure CLI session is under /home/ax_julian/.azure-admin-thewell-20260926; normal Julian credentials were not replaced.
In TEST namespace d03849-skan-ag-test, thewell-backend-test-config Secret UID df844e12-e22c-40fa-88a3-b151ae68d609 holds only new Entra, fresh TEST database and fresh TEST Qdrant values; thewell-backend-test-settings ConfigMap holds nonsecret application settings. PostgreSQL role thewell_test_delivery is LOGIN, non-superuser and inherits backend_user without SET; a network password login with the TEST Secret passed in actor394/run26065. Provisioning run26057 reported failure from a postcondition output-format mismatch after creating these objects; read-only runs26059/26065 confirmed the resources and login. The one-time pipeline secret variable was removed and definition394 read back with no variables.
At run26065 completion 19:52:49Z, TEST backend Deployment UID 8bd9df6d-627e-4e97-8663-617ad328cc25, generation725 still had legacy inline Entra/DB/Qdrant values and no envFrom TEST config reference. Its old Qdrant key matched the active qdrant-api-key Secret UID 3bfeacec-6215-4fe3-8765-dfa20177b69f; Qdrant StatefulSet UID 3001477d-6fe9-4e1d-b74c-e8a8594c6281, generation2 still used that Secret. The new Qdrant key is staged only in the TEST app Secret, so rotating the service key before a coordinated deployment would break the backend. No TEST-only paid AI provider key was added; model-backed acceptance remains unverified.
Backend PR6590 merged to dev 6569007b1c7f75ceb7c2e55dd270c3e891ff26ca; frontend PR6591 merged to dev 73929facc884d0f077bd51712b19e411ee6b169d. Backend definition394 run26062 at the backend merge SHA was still in its TEST deploy task at 19:55Z; build had passed. Frontend definition395 run26055 failed and rolled back, leaving the August TEST pod serving; run26063 read-only audit confirmed this. Legacy definitions339/340 remain disabled; group106 and PROD were not changed. Run26060 created only the bounded TEST backend release PVC.
A separate active Codex root session 01a0deae-7507-7b63-9c73-2950e0a8d202 owns backend and frontend deployment subagents (/root/thewell_backend_delivery, /root/thewell_frontend_delivery) and is currently driving runs; this TEST credential operator has held further deployment/key mutations to avoid a race. The user delegated the remaining TheWell deployment and cutover to this separate root session. That owner must first inspect run26062's terminal receipt and live TEST backend/frontend/Qdrant references, then coordinate the Qdrant service key and backend Secret switch; verify normal TEST login/basic app behavior and retain provider-dependent acceptance as unverified until an authorized TEST-only provider exists. Preserve all current PVC data and the working rollback.
The existing backend Entra app c5a36449-5f68-441a-b422-36c12e0c2137 now has approved separate TEST credential key ID e14059a8-e143-46a9-b3a4-86a248563b5d, expiring 2027-09-26T00:00Z. Prior key 79f58cbe-5df0-4d46-9bb7-44d57a88b19a, app owner, eight delegated grants and consent are unchanged. No values are recorded here. Admin Julian's CLI session is isolated at /home/ax_julian/.azure-admin-thewell-20260926.
TEST namespace d03849-skan-ag-test has thewell-backend-test-config Secret UID df844e12-e22c-40fa-88a3-b151ae68d609 with only new Entra, fresh TEST database and fresh TEST Qdrant values, plus nonsecret thewell-backend-test-settings ConfigMap. PostgreSQL role thewell_test_delivery is LOGIN, non-superuser, inherits backend_user without SET, and password network login passed in actor394/run26065. Provision run26057's failure was a false-negative output assertion after resource creation; runs26059/26065 verified the resources. The one-time Azure pipeline secret variable was deleted; definition394 has no stored variables.
At 19:52:49Z, run26065 found backend Deployment UID 8bd9df6d-627e-4e97-8663-617ad328cc25, generation725 still using old inline Entra/DB/Qdrant values without TEST Secret envFrom. The old backend key equals active qdrant-api-key Secret UID 3bfeacec-6215-4fe3-8765-dfa20177b69f; Qdrant StatefulSet UID 3001477d-6fe9-4e1d-b74c-e8a8594c6281, generation2 uses that Secret. Fresh Qdrant key is staged only in the new TEST app Secret. No TEST-only paid AI provider key was added.
Backend PR6590 merged to dev 6569007b1c7f75ceb7c2e55dd270c3e891ff26ca; frontend PR6591 merged to dev 73929facc884d0f077bd51712b19e411ee6b169d. Backend run26062 at the merge SHA was still deploying at 19:55Z after a passing build. Frontend run26055 failed and rolled back; read-only audit26063 found the old August pod serving. Run26060 only created bounded TEST backend release PVC. Legacy definitions339/340 stay disabled; shared group106 and PROD are untouched.
A separate active Codex root 01a0deae-7507-7b63-9c73-2950e0a8d202 has backend/frontend deployment subagents /root/thewell_backend_delivery and /root/thewell_frontend_delivery. This TEST credential operator is holding deployment and key mutations under the user’s confirmed delegation to that root. That owner should resume by checking run26062's terminal receipt and live TEST references, then coordinate Qdrant service key and backend Secret switch. Preserve PVC data and rollback; verify basic TEST login/app behavior; provider-backed acceptance stays unverified without an authorized TEST-only provider.
The user has assigned TheWell deployment to session 01a0deae-7507-7b63-9c73-2950e0a8d202; this session continues AutoCoder, EventHorizon and Bodylog only.
AutoCoder reconciliation PR6706 merged production history into dev as d8eea6d7cb2b75693b7221e9f96bf9ed94311063, preserving production fixes and newer candidate/pause behavior. Candidate3823 failed binary test compilation because an existing pause contract lacked its main.rs string binding; it did not deploy. One-line correction PR6707 received independent Sol review28, passed worker formatting and branch3824 (20:05:11–20:07:16 UTC), and merged as 2a651eb3a26417ac5b6afe72a92d9b132d0f4abd. Full integrated candidate acceptance is pending. Automatic main delivery remains disabled; production and dev controllers remain their prior revisions, no release-ledger transfer or DEV retirement has occurred.
A fresh bounded private dev database archive was captured at19:45:57Z, 368779471bytes, SHA256 c03811a12fb0c524f21ec9d6198c949cb21457e5e3a0131a938f90c657af7652. It is retained under the existing task archive's2GiB cap and is not restore-tested. Source binding and CI repairs do not establish production cutover readiness.
EventHorizon and Bodylog bootstrap/API evidence is now in change467: normal HTTPS endpoints work with isolated fixtures and the approved package-read identity. Full browser acceptance and normal reviewed-dev delivery remain pending. Promotion ownership/rollback source corrections are published at EH fb6dc849 (feature3297 success) and Bodylog 8a4aa355 (feature1702 success). Independent final TEST review found normal surge-readiness handling and unknown Kubernetes mutation-response recovery defects, plus Bodylog acceptance outside rollback scope; bounded corrections are in progress before dev integration. No production promotions performed.
AutoCoder feedback optimization is limited to correcting shared native/WASM classification and collapsing feedback into one runner job with artifact success and final current-revision checks. Runner labels, capacity and compiler parallelism remain unchanged. Preserve earlier failed and slow samples; neither a representative20-revision result nor unconditional180/600-second compliance is established.
AutoCoder candidate3825 at2a651eb3 reached TEST but took about16m26 to external health: a600s miss. Read-only diagnosis found a cold backend runtime-base package layer (2.07GB), yielding250s image build; prior cached backend builds took14–31s. Candidate3827 at2e877d69 subsequently completed validation/build/finalization/TEST delivery in241s (20:39:54–20:43:55), preserving both samples rather than discarding cold performance.
The temporary DEV controller was upgraded under guarded UID/spec/config/source checks to2a651eb3 and externally verified; general worker flags remain false. Fresh private DEV and PROD pg_dump archives were captured at20:30 and20:37, respectively368791634 and383359510bytes, within the existing2GiB task cap; neither is restore-tested. Production immutable configuration was prepared and source-bound; its existing served template remained unchanged. The production metadata annotation advanced generation despite unchanged spec, causing a postcondition failure; readback against the existing ready ReplicaSet established that no runtime rollout occurred.
The approved REQ-0157 automatic-main repository variable is now enabled. PR6708 passed independent review31 and merged dev2e877d69. Candidate3827 integrated main through PR6709 to94a98268, but integrate_main18336 failed after the merge because it expected a top-level provider commit tree. Main promotion3829/task18339 then failed before authorization on missing GITHUB_RUN_ATTEMPT. Production is not delivered. Both provider-contract defects are under repair; the DEV ledger remains authoritative, and no ledger transfer or DEV retirement occurred.
EventHorizon packaging repair PR1397 passed independent review34 and feature3301, merged9355b754, and candidate3302 passed normal TEST delivery and configured persistent persona edit/read-back. Bodylog PR1283 passed review33 and feature1704 (264s including122s queue, a180s miss), mergedfb2e0c6d, then candidate1705 failed a0.2s packaging preflight with only generic exit1. Missing run-attempt context is plausible but the exact silent guard is unproven. A shared task-based candidate identity and named early preflight are being implemented; no fabricated attempt metadata will be accepted.
TheWell remains exclusively with the user-designated other session; its updates elsewhere on this page are preserved. Original user-request clocks and representative20-revision acceptance remain unavailable/incomplete.
AutoCoder PR6710 exact5c25603e received independent Astra source approval and parent review, provider review35, worker formatting success, and feature3830/task18340 success20:51:44–20:53:09 (85s). It merged devd5da3a0b53b02e63e6bfa740ac55ef353e080b1b. Gitea commit metadata mislabels its nested tree SHA with the commit SHA; the repair compares complete root object entries server-side and verifies the actual fetched Git tree in CI. Promotion request schemas already bind exact running task IDs and never used the removed run-attempt fields. The automatic-main variable was temporarily setfalse with readback before integration, pending verified candidate delivery and DEV controller upgrade. Main-push promotion still exists; no new main merge is being made before that prerequisite.

PR6712 headed9eba6071c65f76fd584bed446a43da3a928c22 removes BuildKit→Docker→registry repackaging via direct registry export, retains exact digest readback/pull/restricted ABI before registration, and updates existing mandatory source assertions and timing requirements. It also corrects the remaining production recovery commit-tree lookup using the existing verified tree-hash helper. Independent Astra review39 approved after two review corrections; worker formatting passed; featureCI pending. No tests were run directly by the operators. No600s improvement is claimed until candidate evidence exists.

Bodylog PR1285 exactc2e1db9f received review40 and feature1709 success89s, then merged fc8338df2601fd083ba8c0e57576b5ac44fe74e0. It uses raw resourceVersion-guarded Deployment PUT with existing update permission, avoiding kubectl last-applied rewriting while retaining ownership fences; external health/version convergence shares a bounded120s deadline and retries only transient gateway/connection failures. Normal merged delivery is being observed; no acceptance claim yet.
Automatic changed-schema TEST checkpoint design is read-only so far. Existing administrator timers can verify bounded CI requests carried in Deployment metadata and journal one transaction in existing admission ConfigMaps. Applications must remain stopped between the consistent checkpoint and exact candidate claim; failure after migrations start cannot blindly restore an old binary. Bodylog writer drain semantics remain under investigation before implementation. No permission/capacity expansion, snapshot deletion or automatic data restore is authorized by this design.
Run1710/provider8941/task18362 at fc8338df2601fd083ba8c0e57576b5ac44fe74e0 completed normally. Acceptance records login=true, editPersisted=true and restored=true for synthetic fixture task1. This establishes normal API acceptance; browser interaction and original user-request clock remain unverified. The parent first used nonexistent /health (404), then located the source-declared /healthz route for readback; this was an inspection path error, not a deployment failure.
The user instructed “please update the policy and go ahead” after the exact missing Lease permission was explained. Canonical shared AGENTS now includes narrowly scoped get/patch/update on an explicitly named same-namespace deployment/migration Lease for an existing deployment identity within an already authorized deployment or repair. Broader resources, secrets, new identities, administrator rights and active stops remain separately controlled.

Applied the prepared UID/resourceVersion/rules-fenced JSON patch to autocoder-engine/autocoder-promotion-ci, adding only get/patch/update on coordination.k8s.io Leaseautocoder-database-migration. Impersonated authorization confirms all three verbs allowed for that Lease; unrelated Lease update and Secret get denied. Source manifest already contains this exact grant. Existing ready PROD was4eaee906 and DEVd5da3a0b before resumption.

Existing reviewed integration script resumed preserved TEST-accepted candidate ded929819fa10ab2f779979a0d425bf7df3e4aa1-3836-1, without rebuilding. PR6713 merged main85b6adaf1751f74188ff36cb0577af33e2c15acb and verified the exact source tree. First local invocation stopped at required repository-context validation before any Git mutation; corrected explicit GITHUB_REPOSITORY allowed the operation. Normal production promotion is now being observed; this checkpoint does not claim deployment, ledger migration or DEV retirement.
Promotion3838/provider8943/task18367 failed authorization409 at06:12:55Z; deployment steps skipped. Live PROD generations2557/739 and4eaee906 images remained unchanged/Ready. DEV ledger still held candidate d5da3a0b53b02e63e6bfa740ac55ef353e080b1b-3831-1 in promoting, bound to terminal task18355, with empty production_execution_id, null execution_task and no rollback/failure evidence. Its original permission failure preceded the execution claim. Existing terminalization method was unreachable on the temporary DEV ledger because the entire production recovery function required production environment.
Parent implemented Astra-reviewed design in PR6714 head4b73cb1eede0dc831ee2052d9b3bdc1450fe26d9: exact task identity/old saved main/workflow/job/branch/terminal readback feeds existing guarded preclaim transition, with additional null execution-task guard. Bookkeeping runs before environment/dispatch gates and before subsequent authorization after candidate evidence validation. Production execution recovery and dispatch remain production-only. Worker formatting passed; independent Sol review and normal feature CI pending. No direct SQL state edits, fabricated rollback receipts, new tests or direct test runs. Main integration flag heldfalse until controlling ledger repair is delivered.
PR6714 head4b73cb1e received independent Sol source review and provider review41; feature3839 passed55s including2s queue. Merged dev0dcf9af1445e0a8b78708fd5fee35679f9639eb8. Parent reused the guarded DEV upgrade helper with only exact revision/run pins changed, reviewed preview showing no configuration operations and only image/provenance changes. Existing restricted DEV archive remains within24h and2GiB task bound. Upgrade externally verified; worker pauses and data preserved. Live ledger independently shows old3831 now failed, failure stagebefore-production-claim and task18355; no direct SQL mutation was used. Main route restoredtrue. Existing exact-candidate integration then merged PR6715 to main04079436fd01950c8088029dae3250d1faab52d7 without rebuilding; normal production run pending observation.
Read-only transfer review identified a reusable script provider-selection scope weakness: revision-only selection could include another repository. Live current selection is exclusivelyAutoCoder/AutoCoder-Engine (23rows at inspection); recheck under quiescence before apply. Also compare all non-AutoCoder release-target records to PROD baseline before any copy and ensure no active provider work before callback cutover. Preserve this followup; no target writes or ledger transfer yet.
Promotion3842/provider8947/task18374 authorized candidate3840 and rolled both exact digests healthy; external provenance passed at06:25:54Z after32s rollout (an earlier06:25:49Z503 was transient). Final production receipt then rejected409: “Automatic production receipt no longer matches the authorized main tree.” The remaining receipt path still consumed Gitea commit.tree.sha, which is the commit SHA. Ownership-fenced rollback restored both previous pinned images, completed06:26:07/08Z and recorded production-failure with rollback_verifiedtrue. Parent verified public health200 and frontend4eaee906, ready deployments2559/741. This was a rolled-back delivery, not successful production acceptance.
PR6716 final677fcc31db7c19c9f916636a51209c1bf0a5580e replaces that final receipt lookup with the existing complete-tree hash verifier and permits read-only terminal bookkeeping on DEV for exact-task verified rollback receipts. Astra audited all release tree uses; remaining commit API calls inspect ancestry/commit identity, not tree hashes. Review caught an authorization-rebind race; added exact authorization-task and terminal-evidence predicates to the existing rollback-finalization CAS. Final Astra review42 and worker formatting passed; normal exact-head CI pending. Main integration flagfalse while controller correction is pending. No direct ledger SQL mutation or manufactured receipt was used.
PR6716 final677fcc31 received Astra review42 and feature3844 success (06:30:32–06:31:30Z). Merged devfed2a5945c5f7d3e0518632d594370dc1c790663. Guarded DEV upgrade preview proved image/provenance-only changes and zero configuration operations. Applied exact artifact and verified external health. Live ledger then finalized old3840 as failed, preserving its original execution/task18374 and rollback_verified receipt; no direct SQL update. Restored main route and integrated preserved3845 through PR6717 to9f110af0e2602a958d3d6e10c1b00369c15a7632; normal production promotion pending.
Transfer preflight readback found all eleven non-AutoCoder target rows equal to production baseline excluding timestamps. DEV/PROD webhook signing and candidate CI secrets are distinct; URL cutover must use existing PROD signing secret atomically with hook5 URL, while CI selects its existing production token by control origin. No new credential or permission grant is required.
Normal promotion3847/provider8952/task18382 succeeded06:38:20–06:39:22Z. Exact preserved candidate3845 images reached external production provenance at06:39:15Z (32s rollout), and production receipt was accepted. Parent independently verified public health200, X-Autocoder-Revisionfed2a594 and environmentproduction, frontend build-revisionfed2a594, and DEV ledger stateproduction_live. Main9f110af0 contains the exact reviewed candidate tree; no production rebuild occurred.
After verifying no active AutoCoder provider runs and existing archive capacity, parent briefly scaled both backend writers to zero with UID/resourceVersion/replica fences. The reviewed migration script captured a stable preflight, then committed one guarded transaction and verified exact ordered COPY bytes/hashes after commit. Transferred12target rows,14candidates,58ancestor rows,2deployments,9test observations,12events,0review sessions,3decisions and33matching provider rows. All provider identities were AutoCoder/AutoCoder-Engine; all11other target settings equaled the production baseline. Production project/user data was not copied or overwritten. Restricted preflight/apply archives remain under the existing2GiB task cap, separately bounded16MiB each, owned by this operator; retain7days after verified cutover, review cleanup2026-10-04. Source database remains preserved.
Hook5 was atomically updated to the production completion URL and existing PROD signing secret, preserving workflow_job events and active state. DEV and PROD signing secrets differ; no credential values were logged. AUTOCODER_CANDIDATE_CONTROL_URL nowhttps://codecartography.dev; automatic main remains true. Resumed only PROD backend and verified rollout. Administrator replayed exact retained payload bytes from Gitea hook_task207683 (job19678/run8952/attempt1/main9f110af0), signed in memory with existing PROD secret, to the new endpoint: HTTP200, recordedtrue. PayloadSHA92336397fd6e0e272078c86e2ee08275d66688e45042f934742f31240d859bd8. Production DB contains the exact successful provider row and current candidateproduction_live. This verifies endpoint/authentication/durable recording; a subsequent real normal delivery will establish the complete new control route.
DEV backend remains scaledzero. A source patch now declares zero replicas for DEV backend/frontend/PostgreSQL, preserving PVC/data/configuration and preventing accidental writer restart through overlay application. Independent review pending; no data/PVC deletion is authorized or performed. General worker pauses persist. TheWell remains owned by the separate user-designated session.
PR6718 finalcc895b9af3a42dcea6f91b7df217182aa832e8da passed independent Sol review43 and feature3849 in16s. Earlier feature3848 also passed20s but its head was superseded after review requested disabling retained DEV reconciliation and correcting active completion-route documentation. Final merge35011b6045560134e4844ca96c85565da323ad08 declares zero replicas for DEV backend/frontend/PostgreSQL and AUTOCODER_RELEASE_RECONCILIATION_ENABLED=false for DEV only. Parent applied those exact scalar changes with resourceVersion/UID fences and verified all3workloads have zero replicas/no pods;10GiDEV PVC remainsBound. No service, ingress, credential, PVC or database deletion occurred. Production readback still has general background/implementationfalse and release reconciliationtrue.
Normal candidate3850 for35011b60 is now running against the sole production ledger. Automatic-main istrue; this real retirement change will exercise candidate registration, TEST, main integration and production promotion without manual integration or retry. Prior manual recovery steps are retained as such; do not conflate them with this acceptance.
Retirement source35011b6045560134e4844ca96c85565da323ad08 ran through normal candidate3850, automatic main integration713b74ddc8bb38484ab7e932b6bcfe19014c6aa6 and production promotion3852/provider8957/task18390 without manual integration or retry. Promotion succeeded06:51:07–06:52:03Z, with34s rollout and accepted receipt06:52:00. Frontend root returns200. All three DEV deployments remain zero; DEV database PVC remainsBound10Gi.
The same candidate's TEST deploy_elected task18387 failed before rollout at recovery-claim HTTP409. Live read-only probes identified the cause: production's general Gitea identity can read Actions tasks but receives403 user should be the owner of the repo when reading AUTOCODER_TEST_CANDIDATES_ENABLED. The dedicated write:repository recovery token receives the same403. The prior DEV control identity had this access. TEST therefore remains at previously acceptedfed2a594; no TEST acceptance is claimed for35011. AutoCoder's separately authorized automatic-main route succeeded independently.
No owner permission expansion, owner credential transfer or removal of the live TEST operator stop was performed. A bounded architectural option is to migrate the live TEST stop into the existing release ledger and administrator control surface, with default-deny state, audited compare-and-swap changes and transactional enforcement at original/recovery claims. That would change the canonical operator control and remains a decision, not an implemented change. The delivery plan remains incomplete.
User approved moving the live TEST stop from the owner-only Gitea variable into existing AutoCoder release administrator controls, after the specific workflow change and absence of repository permission expansion were explained. Requirements-only commit9957a829 is pushed on repair/ledger-test-delivery-control. Administrator readback recorded the old value as true in the restricted bounded task archive; existing ax_bechju1 authentication and release administrator allowlist are verified. No new credential or permission grant is needed.
Implementation uses a default-deny enabled/revision pair on release_targets, atomic policy/audit updates with expected-revision conflict detection, and the same target row lock for original/recovery deployment claims and recovery reservation. Existing administrator UI owns writes; scoped CI GET is read-only and fails closed. Shared candidate builds/main delivery remain independent of TEST stop. Planned cutover: reviewed candidate reaches production, operator initializes policy from preserved true value via the audited API, and preserved candidate reaches TEST through exact recovery. No cutover acceptance is claimed yet. Production background and implementation automation remain paused; TheWell remains with its designated other session.

Parent independently verified exact5955 backend/frontend on production and ledger stateproduction_live with default-deny TEST policyfalse/revision0. Re-read old Gitea settingtrue immediately before migration. Used existing authenticated ax_bechju1 in the real production AutoCoder Release panel, verified reason required, then resumed TEST with migration reason. The audited API committedfalse/0→true/1 at07:40:18.816307Z. CI GET returns the exact policy; CI PUT returns401; an administrator stale revision0 update returns409; policy remainsenabled/revision1. Audit row preserves actor, old/new values, revision and reason. The old repository variable was then retired (DELETE204, GET404) with its prior value retained in the restricted migration evidence. No repository ownership or credential expansion occurred.
Browser operation encountered two pre-mutation setup failures: runner cleanup pruned the unused pinned browser image, then an unscoped selector matched graph and main-workspace project controls. Restored the existing pinned image immediately before execution and scoped the selector to the CodeCartography main workspace. The actual UI migration then succeeded; no policy mutation occurred in those failed attempts. Browser ran only on the worker, bounded1CPU/1536MiB/256PIDs and temporary256MiB RAM, with credential passed via stdin and no printed credential.

General, implementation and requirements automation remainpaused on both environments. DEV workloads remainzero. This closes the TEST-control access blocker; it does not complete the whole delivery redesign.
Full candidate-created-to-TEST-acceptance during the bootstrap/migration was861s, including the expected closed gate and operator cutover; do not claim the600s target passed. Read-only Sol followup found debug feedback versus release candidate compilation and per-runner caches (scripts/ci-fast-feedback.sh, ci-validate-candidate.sh, ci-warm-workspace.sh). Measured3856 time was dominated by unit/native work; frontend was84s. Next latency work should compare stage/runner/cache evidence for representative warm/cold revisions before selecting a change; no extra optimization was implemented or demonstrated here. Concurrent stop/claim behavior was source-reviewed, not live stress-tested.
Evidence helpers/results remain in the existing restricted2GiB operations archive (observed1,996,330,005bytes before final small records), owned by this operator; no secret files were created. Source branchrepair/ledger-test-delivery-control is committed/pushed atd50d7c37; devmerge5955 and main e4fb7f89 are delivered. TheWell's designated other session remains its owner.
AutoCoder preserved its generated six-file credential cleanup, incorporated external credential-free .NET validation (16 targeted tests), and ultimately recorded all five scoped finalization checks successful. Its branch commit ddd5c09 was pushed and PR 6621 merged to TheWell-Backend DEV as exact revision 1232efc05bf95e888431d086c52d0b0be673287b. Azure backend build 26155 and persistent TEST build 26156 both succeeded on that revision. Build 26156's deployment log confirms TEST backend readiness, app artifact SHA-256 ddb11f0edb91c3575b5db8347aabc4ac3193820e55df7e97d08adc6a19251339 and a persisted synthetic fixture; public TEST page returned HTTP 200. The operator subsequently opened TheWell TEST with a normal work account and confirmed the existing “Check saved” workspace is visible after this release; a fresh write on this release was not checked. AutoCoder's delivery ledger required guarded administrator reconciliation for the already-completed DEV merge and still awaits exact pipeline evidence; its configured generic test-branch promotion does not match TheWell's DEV-triggered TEST pipeline, so do not mark the generic lifecycle complete. TheWell PROD stop and separate REQ-0094 credential-owner rotation remain. Cold restore exceeded the 3-minute feedback target, while this real merge-to-TEST delivery took about 5.5 minutes. Full operational evidence and recovery history are in change page 471.
The operator specified that TheWell development builds and validation should use local Gitea runners or an existing owned runner, while Azure remains responsible for TEST and PROD deployment. This avoids consuming the company's two Azure hosted pipeline slots for builds. Read-only inspection found Azure pool Default has zero agents; build 26156 ran pipeline definition 394 with both Build application artifacts and Deploy exact build to persistent test stages, so the desired split is not implemented. The AutoCoder delivery-record repair must reuse existing exact Azure deployment evidence and must not queue another Azure validation build. Moving TheWell build/artifact production off Azure requires an exact artifact handoff, identity and provenance contract before changing the pipeline; record it as unfinished delivery work, not as an already-achieved capacity saving.
