Use the consolidated delivery plan and resume state for current cross-project scope, blockers and next actions. This page retains the dated operational evidence; earlier checkpoints below describe their historical state.
The user approved implementation of fast agent builds, rolling test delivery, and test/production environments on existing capacity. This entry records implementation, not achievement of the 180-second build or 600-second delivery target.

Runner rollout and actual workflow execution still require verification. AutoCoder test deployment, cross-project rollout, and latency acceptance are unfinished.

Created Kubernetes namespaces/quota event-horizon-test and bodylog-test and four static Retain PVs from reviewed source. No application/database deployment or fixture acceptance yet. Context was kubernetes-admin@kubernetes, both expected nodes Ready. Exact PostgreSQL images were verified on worker: Debian PG16.15 UID/GID999 and Alpine PG16.15 UID/GID70. NAS Qdrant immutable image ecc81d66… was pulled and its amd64/version1.18.3 inspected with a bounded network-disabled version-only container; Qdrant service not started.
Recovery: preserve new datasets/PVs; stop only new TEST consumers if later activation fails. No volume deletion, existing-export reload or production route change performed. Monitoring/admission/checkpoint installation remains pending before unattended app delivery. EventHorizon feature run3294 source55c9de7f is running; Bodylog wrapper source b010808b remains under parent review.
Both PostgreSQL deployments are Ready on their exact Bound static1GiB PVCs. Initial snapshots were taken while new datasets had no consumers: EH test-20260926T173622Z-initial; Bodylog test-20260926T174439Z-initial. These empty-state checkpoints are not fixture/recovery acceptance. Fresh database credentials and Bodylog finance encryption key are held only in TEST Kubernetes Secrets and restricted administrator credential storage; no production database credential was copied.

Delegation record: requested Astra/medium reviewed/corrected storage assets; Sol/medium handled Bodylog container authentication, TEST admission, exact artifact packaging and TheWell source review; Luna/medium checked worker/runtime identities and monitored exact CI completion with deterministic scripts. Parent corrections included credential cleanup, reusable schema admission, actual image modes/CA roots, and distinguishing cached Azure heads from live provider heads. Architecture/runtime evidence and commits are recorded above; per-agent effective account usage/elapsed attribution unavailable, no savings claim. Parent retains integration and application acceptance.
