Historical change record. The September 11 application-wide shutdown and its blanket resumption restrictions were superseded by the operator on September 15. This page records past actions and results; it does not impose current execution restrictions. See the stop-scope recovery record.
Status: the original implementation is running again on its preserved task and provider session. New acceptance-gate code is in progress. Broader automation remains stopped; implementation, review, delivery and final operator acceptance are not yet complete.
The operator approved one actual important/urgent issue through the engine to a reviewable outcome, retaining final correctness approval. Selected native issue1571 concerns successful-repair claims without proof of the original outcome. Native1447 and1569 remain pending acceptance. General workers, controllers and Gitea Actions remain stopped; the actual application stays online in server-only mode.
Current inspection found no single-issue admission/all-stage continuation command, and a native delivery path that resolves/closes after automated acceptance without a separate required-operator gate. These are current obstacles, not proof of the historical cause of1447's misleading handoff. Its retained independent reviewer explicitly required downstream behavior evidence and cycle97925 remains review_required.
Requirements checkpoint9455560c was pushed before implementation on fix/1571-supervised-delivery. Candidate changes reuse ordinary intake, priority, execution and continuation; retain one owning issue/cycle; and atomically preserve verified results for required operator acceptance without closure or resolution notification.
Read-only provider preflight confirmed included Pro capacity4% used on account23f and Team capacity0% primary/secondary on3b0. No model task or reset credit was consumed. Restricted temporary probe state was removed. Worker local storage has1.5TiB free; host temporary disk87GiB free. These observations must be refreshed at actual admission.
Validation artifacts: /home/ax_julian/temp/autocoder-1571-supervised-delivery, bounded256MiB, administrator owner, review14September. Existing source/build worktree bounded12GiB. Disposable PostgreSQL is localhost-only port55439,256MiB RAM and128MiB tmpfs; remove after tests. No production Kubernetes mutation yet.

Rollback image b2a83626167344228fdc34aed5a6c5b6e578f1b368d415f575d71863d1fece47. Actual authenticated API preserves1569 open/review_required/testing and important=true/urgent=false; work-start route503.
1780 regular tests and one explicit database regression passed. Temporary PostgreSQL and builder removed; build credential directory removed. The worker preflight pod is non-root10001, no capabilities, no service-account token, using the verified non-administrator StockFish repository credential. Legacy CODEBOT token is invalid and was not used. Codex0.153.4 reports exact gpt-6-astra support and account3b0 eligible. No issue task claimed.
Namespace probe exposed actual execution blocker: RuntimeDefault seccomp prevents unprivileged namespaces, and permitting syscalls alone still leaves AppArmor denying namespace mounts. A credential-free trusted diagnostic pod confirmed those independent failures and was removed. Another probe uses new worker-specific profiles derived from the actual containerd2.2.1 seccomp profile and its upstream AppArmor template. Only namespace/mount/chroot syscall permissions and AppArmor namespace/mount permission are added; no host capabilities, global sysctls, default profiles or other workloads are changed. Profiles are being validated before application to the worker. Requirement checkpoint0ae5ce37 precedes this configuration repair on fix/1571-worker-sandbox.
Worker scratch: /mnt/runner-storage/autocoder-engine/supervised-1571 on local NVMe, created only for this run with UID/GID10001 and mode0700. Expected under12GiB, stop growth at24GiB during supervised monitoring, preserve unfinished task state, review14September; no network scratch. Worker pod root-layer growth remains bounded4GiB. Profile files are /etc/apparmor.d/autocoder-worker-sandbox and /var/lib/kubelet/seccomp/autocoder/worker-sandbox.json on worker01; source is k8s/security. Neither existing file was overwritten. AppArmor syntax was validated without loading before installation; no global restart.
PR4381 merged6f80815e909d72116b12d205146f9d3f8e141853, configuration source7b0a331d. Actual Codex0.153.4 command codex sandbox -P :workspace passed a write in its task directory and denied a write to an outside directory that the ordinary container process could write. Outer CapEff=0. The identical command under RuntimeDefault fails namespace creation. Both credential-free comparison pods were removed. Generic bubblewrap tests that additionally mounted a fresh proc filesystem were stricter than this Codex path and are not counted as its acceptance result. Codex sandboxing stays enabled; no fallback, capability addition, global sysctl or default-profile change.
The supervised worker was recreated with the committed security-context fragment; its normal worker image remains2c2ef233. At21:17UTC exact admission created native receipt43663 and cycle98295 for issue1571. Planner self-improvement-plan-autocoder-autocoder-engine-1789334242182759975 is the sole admitted task, priority10,gpt-6-astra/high, account3b0. The original body is historical problem data; current single-issue run-through authority is separate in the recorded invocation/prompt. At21:20UTC worker-once claimed that exact task and cloned the actual repository into the selected local workspace. No general worker loop runs. The administrator session owns monitoring and the next exact-cycle continuation; this is execution progress, not implemented or verified delivery.
Cycle98295 planner self-improvement-plan-autocoder-autocoder-engine-1789334242182759975 completed on thread01a09ca4-32c3-7cc2-b307-9742fe6c0b9b with482540 processed subscription tokens. Its actual selection audit records one authorized eligible candidate, priority10; this does not prove competition across unadmitted issues.
The ordinary scoped continuation admitted implementation self-improvement-complete-outcome-specific-acceptance-gates-for-issue-1571-so-tec-c98295, thread01a09caa-4f5e-7fa0-ab34-61bdf214125d, gpt-6-astra/high. It blocked2026-09-13T21:30:11Z because the default Codex workspace sandbox denies Git metadata writes required by the repository checkpoint SOP.1084057 processed subscription tokens are retained, not verified paid spending. The finalizer preserved requirement and incident edits in b3977fdf6dc2486086234d4f08288ffef1c708a7 on the original implementation branch. No outcome-validation implementation, independent review or delivery has completed.
Administrator repair branch fix/1571-task-git-permissions, requirements checkpoint b29b25ef, extends the built-in workspace permission profile only for typed implementation/recovery tasks. Task-local Git metadata is writable; .codex, Git config, hooks, supplied .git/info evidence and outside paths remain protected. Actual installed Codex0.153.4 sandbox Git add/commit succeeded; all protected/outside write probes failed; app-server accepted the named profile without requesting a model turn. No global sandbox/security change. Root administrator owns delivery of this fix and guarded resume of the original blocked task with its original thread/workspace/accounting. Do not continue the blocked task into ordinary failure reconciliation or re-admit a new cycle.
PR4382 merged6ef3e64b (source3e496146) repairs implementation Git metadata and provider/dependency network access. Further preflight proved the exact task's Cargo cache was outside writable roots; PR4383 merged57a35a79 (source9fbbd49f) supplies the repository and bounded task scratch on both thread start and resume.1781 regular tests passed95ignored; actual installed Codex add/commit/cache writes passed, protected metadata and sibling-directory writes failed, Gitea and crates index returnedHTTP200, and app-server accepted named permissions/runtime roots without any model turn. Implementation network access is subject to existing credentials and infrastructure policy; no domain allowlist is claimed. Planning/review Git permissions unchanged.
Final runtime artifact is building; no intermediate artifact has been deployed or reported as delivery. The selected worker will receive a disposable PostgreSQL sidecar listening only on127.0.0.1:55439, image postgres@sha256:57c72fd2a128e416c7fcc499958864df5301e940bca0a56f58fddf30ffc07777, CPU250m/RAM256Mi/data128Mi memory-backed and noService. It contains no production data. AUTOCODER_TEST_DATABASE_URL will identify that database for explicit isolated tests. Remove the disposable sidecar/data after the selected validation; preserve unfinished source/session/usage on the existing bounded local workspace. Resource limits remain within current quota, with no quota changes. Root owns deployment, database readiness and guarded original-task resume.
Worker image789e6756e72325cea578134497c9018e6ed823ffa65807e58761fb5f10e02fe7 (source9fbbd49f) is running in the single supervised pod. Backend remains unchanged2c2ef233/server-only; authenticated1569 stillopen/review_required/testing important/noturgent and work-startHTTP503. The disposable database is healthy on127.0.0.1:55439 with zero public tables. Two temporary initialization failures were caused by overriding its socket path while the official image clears PGHOST during setup; corrected by retaining the image's standard socket directory and setting PGPORT55439. Failed temporary instances contained no production data and were replaced; original worker workspaces/session files survived.
Account preflight then caught an administrator-introduced configuration regression: adding named permissions without default_permissions makes Codex reject its generated config. This was not file ownership, despite the unrelated /nonexistent diagnostic-save warnings. A no-auth/no-model Codex debug-models probe reproduced the exact failure and passed after adding default_permissions=:workspace. Root is fixing the shared config generator and extending the existing actual-CLI configuration test. No blocked task was requeued, no model execution began and no implementation-success claim was made. Original task/session/checkpoint/usage remain intact. Final resume is held until the generated-config and actual account preflight pass.
PR4384/source9b689e6bbcc8a9b19490f527e0ab100e41d90968 merged9e171b2c; corrected worker artifactbc14447a0dcddd94d7ce058881d51caa3ddf7ce3a7849e4e7833d1cbbab2e8a6 is running. Actual configured-account preflight passed: Codex0.153.4, account3b0eligible, exactgpt-6-astra catalog entry. TestPG remained ready/empty across the image-only worker update. No backend image change or broader restart.
Guarded original-task resume committed22:10:23Z. It binds thread_id to retained result_thread_id01a09caa-4f5e-7fa0-ab34-61bdf214125d, retains original task/cycle98295/branch/checkpointb3977fdf and all old token counts, and records the previous reply, selection, checkpoint, prompt hash and usage in cycle.evidence_json.administrator_execution_recoveries. One native implementation-resumed history entry was appended. Current runtime repair context is in the task prompt, not the issue body. The explicit worker-once invocation claimed only that same task; it is running on the same provider thread. New source edits began in feedback_case_methods.rs and self_improvement_methods.rs.
The blocked-goal restart reset its streamed token_count totals, while the subsequent usage-limited continuation retained the preceding stream totals. Do not assume every resume resets counters. The provider's token_usage_record.thread_token_usage preserves the whole thread's cumulative counts; use that authoritative record at completion rather than summing repeated snapshots or applying GREATEST to incompatible stream epochs. Initial segment1084057 processed tokens/84889 effective is retained in the recovery audit and original rollout. Root will retain the resumed segment separately at completion. No actual paid-use claim follows from these subscription counters.
At22:24:28Z account3b0 reported usageLimitExceeded: its workspace was out of credits. The ordinary engine resource checkpoint preserved the same task/thread and uncommitted implementation and returned it to queued-provider-capacity-checkpoint. No new issue/task/cycle was created. The streamed resumed segment reported3813702 processed tokens; the original1084057 remained in audit, giving4897759 at that checkpoint. Native goal tokens_used232548 is a separate metric, not an asserted cash charge.
Fresh preflight verified account23f4d90165e58bf377b1eed38103a20e uses ChatGPT subscription authentication with no API key, primary8% used, and is eligible. It is the designated fallback (legacy pay_as_you_go flag), so only capacity above its30% manual reserve is authorized. No reset or paid API was requested. A guarded transfer changed only the preserved task and owning cycle to that account, retained usage/source/session, and added one native capacity-continuation entry. Exact worker-once resumed at22:36 on the same thread. Current process overrides the account binding to23f; the pod template for its next replacement is worker-next-account.json. The underlying pod environment still names3b until replacement; do not invoke a future stage without the correct explicit account binding.
Accounting clarification: the third execution retained the second stream's counters. The transfer's raw aggregate4897759 was correct for the two completed segments, but provider_thread_effective_tokens=0 assumed a reset that did not happen for the usage-limited continuation. Do not reuse that assumption. Preserve the native goal and token_usage_record.thread_token_usage; root owns reconciling the exact final thread totals without interrupting valid work or double-counting snapshots. Existing reserve checks use fresh provider capacity independently.
PR4385 source11c9aa00 merged d76f2e2b prepares scoped observation access via the existing autocoder-agent-worker identity and a rotating projected token. It changes no RBAC. An isolated real-identity probe read the deployed backend pod; namespace pod mutation, secret access and another namespace were denied. Probe succeeded and was removed. The fragment has not yet been attached to the active implementation pod; apply only after its checkpoint, before independent deployed-artifact observation. The worker still has no administrator credentials or deployment permissions.
The original implementation task and session remain active on the included fallback subscription above its manual reserve. The regular suite passed 1,784 tests; explicit database checks exposed fixture assumptions in model admission and monotonic feedback authority, and their corrected reruns passed. Native and WASM release builds completed successfully; the latter finished in 2m39s. These are implementation evidence, not independent engine review or deployment acceptance.
Backend remains server-only, ready 1/1, image 2c2ef23341ca310b7b67486c336b747dbb45d133255fb41101c2889213b21b34. The scoped observer fragment is prepared for the next worker pod, not attached to the active implementation. No broader automation restart.
A separate browser test opened the ordinary issue card; its first check treated the expected paused chat 503 as a failure. The corrected rerun exceeded its 768 MiB container allowance (exit 137). No final successful browser assertion or screenshot artifact is claimed. The separate browser pod was removed and its own short-lived operator sessions revoked; no administrator credentials were placed in the AI worker. Repeat the final ordinary UI check after implementation in a separately bounded browser container.
The operator authorized continuation of the single native #1571 correction through review and delivery, preserving final operator acceptance and the general emergency stop. Task self-improvement-complete-outcome-specific-acceptance-gates-for-issue-1571-so-tec-c98295-verification-recovery completed in retained thread 01a0a15f-54dc-76a3-8189-c91bf0b4169d, publishing 57032b2dc96415e0b57386f93d048f09a802a252. The correction reuses one valid deployment receipt across admission counterexamples, proves a passing control, and asserts the intended rejection reason. Its 21 local gates passed; this did not establish delivery or user acceptance.
Administrator integration with main 77a10a08c52ad15a1aa69420400eabcab1fdc7ac produced 7fac9f536d0df137585fd2b3320009cdc5693f19 on the same recovery branch. Only REQ-0136 required conflict resolution: both the outcome-acceptance and supervised-provider intent additions were preserved, including tests and version history. Source changes merged cleanly. The exact scoped continuation returned exit 0 and queued the independent reviewer self-improvement-complete-outcome-specific-acceptance-gates-for-issue-1571-so-tec-c98295-verification-recovery-verify, which is running.
Independent administrator validation of exact 7fac9f536d0df137585fd2b3320009cdc5693f19: formatting and rollout-script checks passed; cargo test --locked passed 1,789 tests across library, main and MCP binaries (100 explicitly ignored, separate database coverage below; a child subprocess result is not counted twice). All 15 PostgreSQL selector groups from .gitea/workflows/branch-validation.yaml passed sequentially against the existing isolated test-postgres sidecar through a loopback-only port forward, without application data or worker privilege changes. Groups: t_req_0094_database_, t_req_0052_database_05_, t_req_0099_database_, t_req_0136_database_, t_req_0137_database_, t_req_0138_database_, t_req_0056_database_, t_req_0037_database_, t_req_0057_database_, t_req_0080_database_, t_req_0140_database_, t_req_0141_database_, t_req_0150_database_, t_req_0147_database_, and main-binary t_req_0132_database_. Evidence: /home/ax_julian/temp/autocoder-1572-supervised-delivery/integrated-tests.log, integrated-database-tests.log, and integrated-database-results.json.
The reviewer separately found its sandbox unable to create PostgreSQL sockets; this does not invalidate the administrator-run tests, but its own failed attempt remains recorded. Provider Actions remain stopped and their job enumeration returned HTTP 403. Administrator test receipts must remain distinguishable from provider Actions executions.
Candidate native release image built from exact 7fac9f536d0df137585fd2b3320009cdc5693f19: gitea.app.lan/autocoder/autocoder-engine@sha256:33ebec9207c8d76f7925e6ea1cc9e6959e2f4f632a45cb540c01ffb5914d6a23. It is not deployed. Build used the verified matching-lockfile base 9cf28f26, 4 CPU/24 GiB RAM and bounded temporary BuildKit storage. Hydrate WASM release validation is still running. Independent verdict, merge, deployment, normal-application evidence and operator acceptance remain pending.
19:56 UTC validation completion: the exact 7fac9f53 hydrate WASM release build also passed (integrated-wasm.log, 2m40s). All 21 administrator-side branch-validation gates are now passing for that integrated revision. This is supervised administrator execution of repository checks, not an Actions job and not independent review approval or live delivery. The isolated image builder completed successfully and removed its temporary registry credentials and builder container.
20:05 UTC supervised review continuation: the independent reviewer completed with reject because its sandbox could not execute socket-dependent tests and the provider status it refreshed at 19:58 linked to inaccessible logs. It found no further implementation defect; both release builds passed. The complete administrator execution logs and SHA-256 manifest are now available in /workspace/supervised-runtime/validation/1571-7fac9f53/manifest.json; the same exact-revision provider status now references that local evidence. The review did not receive this later locator before deciding, and its rejection is preserved unchanged.
There is no supported automatic evidence-only re-review path after the existing correction allowance. The external administrator explicitly admitted one same-issue re-review, not another implementation attempt, using a guarded, idempotent transaction requiring cycle98295's exact completed rejected reviewer. New task self-improvement-complete-outcome-specific-acceptance-gates-for-issue-1571-so-tec-c98295-verification-recovery-verify-evidence-7fac9f53 inherits the existing typed scope, account, Astra/high routing, priority10 and budget attribution. Prior task results and accounting remain intact; automatic recovery counters were not reset. The cycle and case retain the changed-evidence fingerprint and administrator ownership. This is manual supervised recovery, not proof of autonomous self-healing. The new review includes the updated acceptance-requirements output contract and starts through the existing selected worker command. No code change, issue mutation, merge, deployment or broad restart was made by this re-review admission. The test database port-forward is closed.
The evidence re-review completed with approve, medium risk and all pre-merge checks passed. It verified the locally readable administrator logs and defined five downstream outcomes: priority continuity, highest-priority normal account-queue selection, outcome-bound evidence, operator-gate/replay preservation, and actual authenticated application acceptance. priority_selection_required=true; environment production, tied to the repository's backend deployment policy. Original #1447 acceptance and linked RCA gaps remain pending.
The idle supervised worker alone was updated to the approved candidate image33ebec92; actual imageID and readiness were verified before continuation. Backend server-only image2c2 remained unchanged. First continuation retained verification_queued because original #1447/cycle97925 still owned the integration slot while in review_required with no active tasks. Its legacy administrator acceptance annotation is an object with status pending, whereas the current lifecycle release rule expects the newer supervised marker and scalar status. A guarded administrator transaction released only that stale integration_owner flag, retained state review_required, verified the complete acceptance record unchanged, and stored the reason. It did not reopen, resume or accept #1447 work.
The next exact continuation successfully merged PR4396 into main at 22c1e2e2683c25858075a0f6901c18438783e6c5. Remote main was fetched and verified; its complete source tree equals approved7fac9f53. Cycle98295 now reports awaiting_delivery with its exact target revision and validation blocker, not success. A new image is building from the merge revision so runtime attribution will identify that integration. Evidence: approved-continue.log, integration-continue.log and delivery-image/ under the retained task directory. General automation remains stopped; no application deployment or acceptance has occurred at this checkpoint.
Production backend deployment generation2384 now runs merge22c1e2e2683c from image gitea.app.lan/autocoder/autocoder-engine@sha256:4e5d394868320dfb68e4fd8a1289c7af9aa8bfbb45949bb0529ad5099440aee4; actual imageID/readiness and unchanged server-only arguments were verified. The idle supervised worker also runs this exact digest. The repository's guarded rollout verifier passed, and its deployment-receipt producer retained the exact revision/environment/digest receipt at20:22:53 UTC. Prior backend2c2 is retained as rollback; the frontend was unchanged. Build containers and temporary registry credentials were cleaned.
An authenticated administrator browser exercised the actual https://codecartography.dev/issues application: AutoCoder-Engine navigation, All issues view, title filtering, card expansion and refresh. #1571 showed Working with explicit post-deployment acceptance blocker; #1447 showed Waiting for User, Important Yes and Urgent No, with its pending correctness decision. #1571 remained expanded after refresh and no page errors occurred. Early test-locator failures matched hidden duplicate controls and issue-body references; corrected locators used the visible workspace and each card's own identifier. No application code was changed for those test-locator corrections. Each short-lived session for the already-authenticated allowlisted administrator was revoked. Evidence: issue-delivery-browser-result.json and application-observation-22c1.json; the latter is also readable by the supervised worker and referenced by an explicitly scoped provider observation status. This proves only the observed normal audit surfaces, not normal queue selection or user acceptance.
The engine admitted one read-only live acceptance task for merge22c1. It completed with deployment attribution passed and five behavioral outcomes failed. Six earlier lifecycle admissions retained numeric priority10 but lacked the newly required operational-priority and complete claim-history fields. The new acceptance admission correctly records structured priority, exact engine revision and a complete eligible set, but scope selected_task cannot prove normal account_queue selection. The acceptance sandbox also could not resolve application/service DNS and had no configured Kubernetes observer credentials or authenticated application session. The administrator browser observation is supplementary evidence; it arrived after that worker's provider refresh and does not cure missing historical or normal-queue evidence.
At20:31:23 UTC, the exact continuation retained the failed result and advanced98295 to delivery_recovery_queued, assigning self-improvement-complete-outcome-specific-acceptance-gates-for-issue-1571-so-tec-c98295-acceptance-recovery. Its typed cause is capability_unavailable, retaining all failed-check evidence. The recovery prompt requires distinguishing observation gaps from broken product behavior and forbids weakening evidence, inventing access, substituting fixtures or blindly rerunning unchanged acceptance. This selected recovery is now running under administrator supervision through worker-once, Astra/high priority10. No issue was accepted or closed, and general automation remains stopped. The correction is merged and deployed; the original outcome is not fully verified. Owner remains this administrator session. Evidence: live-acceptance-result.json, acceptance-continue.log, acceptance-recovery-worker.log.
The same cycle 98295 recovery completed and pushed requirements checkpoint 4994cc62ef88c7585ab426affebb79128f07491e and candidate 52dc49443b00de88fd2bfeb6a6f6a9ddafe85f03. It adds a network-enabled live-acceptance permission profile with a read-only checkout and only task scratch writable, including resumed threads. It preserves the original acceptance validators and required outcomes. No new issue was admitted.
Worker-run formatting, the Rust suite, all 15 isolated PostgreSQL groups, rollout regressions, installed Codex start/resume contract, and native/WASM release builds passed. The initial PostgreSQL failure was a disposable SQL_ASCII test database; the UTF-8 recreation passed without a source change. Root verified the remote candidate and retained hashes and local logs at /workspace/supervised-runtime/validation/1571-acceptance-permissions/manifest.json. Provider status administrator/recovery-validation-evidence attributes these as local worker checks, not provider Actions or live acceptance.
An independent administrator, no-model command/exec preflight in the supervised worker exercised the resolved sandbox policy: scratch writes succeeded; checkout and sibling writes were denied; HTTPS GET of the actual application returned 200. Initial probe setup failures (server working directory and sandbox-helper PATH) are retained separately. The final probe supplied the installed sandbox-helper alias in temporary scratch and cleaned the temporary directories. This validates that bounded command sandbox, not a complete authenticated acceptance task.
Exact continue-recovery-once successfully advanced the completed recovery to its independent verification task self-improvement-complete-outcome-specific-acceptance-gates-for-issue-1571-so-tec-c98295-acceptance-recovery-verify. Root started that one verification stage. Backend remains deployed at 22c1e2e2 / digest4e5d3948 in server-only mode; general automation and Actions remain stopped.
Remaining gaps are explicit: old claims did not capture the new structured history; selected-task admission does not prove normal account-queue ordering; full current authenticated outcome evidence and the operator's final correctness decision remain pending. The permission repair does not establish those outcomes or authorize manufactured historical evidence.
The independent recovery review approved52dc4944 with 1,790 primary-suite tests, 83 isolated PostgreSQL test executions and all required builds/checks evidenced. Exact supervised continuation at20:59:59 nevertheless changed cycle98295 to rejected: the returned acceptance contract differed from the retained original only in environment_ref. All five outcomes, their descriptions, production environment and priority-selection flag matched. The reviewer cited the new candidate and REQ-0136v28 instead of the original contract's candidate and v27. The exact validator rejected that provenance replacement; the already-consumed automatic contract-retry allowance prevented another automatic handoff.
Root preserved the original review result and rejection snapshot. Requirements-only280a0ceb and implementation4913b38e88de378f234d2154eda0fca17855d152 now clarify the shared independent-review prompt: reuse an existing complete canonical contract, including environment_ref; put current candidate references in review evidence; reject genuine scope contradictions; independently derive a contract only when absent. The validator, original outcomes and pending decisions are unchanged. Requirements checkpoint was pushed before implementation. Formatting, diff checks, full Rust suite and hydrate WASM build passed; the exact candidate native image build is running with the existing bounded builder.
A guarded administrator transaction admitted one explicit re-review of this same cycle, ...-acceptance-recovery-verify-canonical-4913b38e, restored verification_queued and retained the prior verdict/rejection in trace. Original task history, usage and automatic retry counters were not reset. The reviewer receives the canonical object and current candidate delta explicitly. That one reviewer is running; no unrelated issue or general loop is running. Current candidate logs are under /workspace/supervised-runtime/validation/1571-canonical-contract/. Backend remains22c1e2e2 until a reviewed integration is actually delivered.
The canonical re-review completed with approval of4913b38e and an acceptance contract exactly equal to the retained original, including environment_ref. Its result and hashes are retained in canonical-contract-review-result.json. The same scoped engine continuation succeeded and merged PR4397 to f0970abc97f71e20da042754b37f0cf40d090134. Root independently fetched the merge and verified its complete source tree equals the reviewed candidate.
The exact merged native build passed. Backend generation2385 and the idle supervised worker now run immutable digest sha256:c9cff0d8749c8b7fa39ff655510ca933f41880dce957139da29d3e25f20027fd, tag sha-f0970abc97f7. The repository rollout verifier passed; deployment receipt21:22:33UTC binds that revision and digest to production. Backend arguments remain server-only; frontend is unchanged. Candidate and deployment builders and temporary registry credentials were cleaned up. The retained predecessor is22c1e2e2 / digest4e5d3948.
The updated engine acknowledged deployment and queued self-improvement-c98295-live-acceptance-f0970abc97f71e20da042754b37f0cf40d090134. That task is queued, not running. Root retained a supervised_acceptance_hold on cycle98295, with the external administrator as next evaluation owner. A repeated unchanged acceptance attempt cannot manufacture the missing historical admissions or establish normal account-queue ordering from a selected-task claim. Those requirements have not been waived, backfilled or declared satisfied. Explicit operator correctness acceptance remains outstanding. Further work must establish recoverable attributable historical evidence and an authorized normal-queue observation; any genuinely unrecoverable history requires an explicit resolution of the acceptance baseline, not invented observations.
The normal authenticated application initially still showed a stale native-card Error from the rejected review handoff. Root reconciled only native1571's stored status to waiting_for_autocoder, preserving its open state, priority, content, comments and history, and recorded one attributed status_reconciled activity. This was a targeted administrator repair of the supervised transition, not proof that general automatic projection is fixed. The existing stage/activity fields still describe the completed reviewer; the blocker explicitly identifies the queued verification task.
A fresh browser verification of https://codecartography.dev/issues after that reconciliation passed actual AutoCoder/AutoCoder-Engine navigation, filtering, expansion and refresh. Issue1571 shows Waiting for Autocoder, importantYes/urgentYes, and the explicit pending-verification/evidence blocker. Issue1447 remains Waiting for User, importantYes/urgentNo, with its original pending acceptance. No page errors occurred; the authenticated administrator session was revoked. This proves those observed UI surfaces, not normal queue selection or complete historical continuity. Evidence: issue-delivery-browser-result-f097-before-projection.json, issue-delivery-browser-result-f097.json, pending-verification-reconciliation.log, and acceptance-permission-delivery-image/{build-result.json,build-metadata.json,rollout.json,deploy.log} under the bounded root evidence directory.
Current outcome: recovery permission and canonical-review-reference fixes are reviewed, merged and deployed; the original issue is not fully verified or closed. Only1571 was advanced. General automation remains stopped, and no issue worker is currently executing. The linked RCA issues remain separate unresolved work.
