Historical change record. The September 11 application-wide shutdown and its blanket resumption restrictions were superseded by the operator on September 15. This page records past actions and results; it does not impose current execution restrictions. See the stop-scope recovery record.
Status: Ready for final operator verification. The scoped repair, independent review and administrative delivery linkage are complete. Native1569 remains open / Review Required / Testing, important and not urgent. Acceptance and closure remain pending. General automation remains emergency-stopped.
Readable independent review and acceptance report
The operator explicitly approved the repair after the investigation of native issue1569 and asked to be told when solved. Scope: atomic repeat-safe receipt/case/audit, preservation of genuine new source observations and historical evidence. No general automation restart or Gitea issue mutation is authorized by this record.
Requirements checkpoint: f66f243b. The already deployed selector correction is retained. Real PostgreSQL handler tests passed repeated and concurrent intake, interrupted audit, distinct comments, stale evidence, historical partial writes and delayed cycle admission. The same regression rejected the old writer (35 calls counted35 occurrences). Fixture tasks did not execute.
Verified preflight: kubernetes-admin@kubernetes, cluster https://192.168.1.9:6443, namespace autocoder-engine. Backend ready1/1 with args [server-only], image gitea.app.lan/autocoder/autocoder-engine@sha256:3a969aa23e77125e9c3906ce41c862c26a35964daafedcbcee48285a8a466c86. This is the rollback image. Zero queued/running worker tasks. Native1456 still has35 accepted and35 migrated events; feedback41821/case147173 count35, stateblocked. These historical records will be preserved.
Planned change: additive nullable native_feedback_id activity column plus unique receipt/action and historical lookup indexes, then image-only backend rollout preserving server-only and service-account restrictions. Gitea Actions currently disabled. Build and verification use bounded temporary local/RAM storage. No production fixture data or temporary UI endpoint is introduced.
Live verification will call the deployed source's shared intake writer35 times for existing opening receipt41821, checking exact receipt/case fingerprints and history counts. This is scoped intake validation, not proof of normal autonomous planning or implementation while emergency stop remains active.
Full cargo test:1780 passed,94 ignored; two relevant database tests explicitly passed. The new real-handler regression also fails on the old writer. Disposable-data replay-tool verification passed and incomplete receipt refusal was checked. Live production verification proves repeat-safe intake and retained history/accounting against the deployed image's shared writer. It does not demonstrate autonomous planning, implementation, independent review or downstream delivery while the emergency stop is active. Those remain distinct from this scoped bug repair.
The operator instructed: “keep it on pending verification”. Native issue1569 remains open with review_required status. Preserve the technical evidence; do not treat it as operator acceptance or close the issue. No further execution or automation restart is authorized by this disposition.
Current native1569 priority is important, not urgent, with operator provenance. The preceding pending-verification disposition had left priority unchanged; this was corrected following the operator's explicit instruction. The guarded update removed only the urgent label and updated both canonical priority dimensions/provenance, retaining open/review_required state, body, other label metadata and historical evidence. Audit event112474 records the correction. The authenticated application issue API confirms important=true, urgent=false; workflow-start remains503. Operator verification remains pending and emergency stop remains active.
The operator authorized independent review of1569 and asked to be told when ready for their review. A separate external Codex reviewer (/root/review_1569) inspected the original requirement, introducing failure, repair, actual tests, old-writer regression and retained production evidence. It found no blocking defect in the atomic native receipt/case/audit repair and approved it for operator review. It explicitly distinguished external review from an AutoCoder review worker execution.
The reviewer identified a real administrative-delivery handoff gap:1569 had no opening receipt or owning cycle, and its open/review_required status alone did not exclude it from fresh intake on restart. This gap was reconciled without fabricating an engine cycle. The exact shared native writer SQL ran inside a guarded transaction; its new case was set to review_required and linked to the actual external repair/review/deployment evidence before commit. Receipt43662/case230550 now hold one genuine observation. linked_work identifies PR4378 and the actual source/integrated revisions; review_decisions says approved_for_operator_review, with operator_acceptance pending. No cycle or worker task was created. The independent reviewer separately inspected this transaction and its verification output, finding no blocking consistency issue.
Native1569 remains open/review_required and now has testing stage. Important=true, urgent=false and its existing historical label metadata are preserved. The stale inline urgent assessment was removed (audit112475), consistent with the operator's earlier recategorization. One accepted/migrated pair records its legitimate administrative linkage; a concise independent-review-completed history entry points here. Existing1456 history was preserved.
Read-only verification executed the actual native candidate SQL scoped to1569 and returned0 candidates. Its pending-feedback admission predicate returned0 because case230550 is review_required rather than accepted. Case occurrence count1, one linked external repair, one independent review, one deployment-evidence object. Cycle id remains null. There are0 queued/running worker tasks. Authenticated application API confirms open/review_required/testing, important=true, urgent=false, and the review history entry; work-start remains HTTP503. A live read-only canonical-priority resolver check returns urgent=false against the older urgent=true snapshot.
The report is committed as9a44de93 and integrated via documentation-only PR4379, mergea672658a03c136a5da078853d9e20a1688b488d5. Gitea Actions disabled was verified before push/merge. No new software deployment or general restart was performed for this review. The current backend remains digestb2a83626167344228fdc34aed5a6c5b6e578f1b368d415f575d71863d1fece47.
Review limits: the delayed-admission fixture supplies priority directly and does not prove the complete controller loads a corrected priority; opening receipts intentionally retain original body observations; arbitrary account-reassignment races predate and are outside this repair. Full autonomous lifecycle progression remains unverified under emergency stop. The completed outcome is the repeated-handoff repair plus its reviewed administrative handoff, ready for operator verification, not a claim that all autonomous delivery works.
