Argo CD provides the best operational UI for:
- current vs desired state
- diffs
- sync history
- health status
- manual sync and rollback controls
- Use a dedicated "cluster apps" repository in Gitea.
- Argo CD watches that repo and applies manifests/helm/kustomize.

apps/gitea/apps/argocd/ (optional bootstrap)apps/autocoder-engine/apps/registry/ (if using Harbor)
- CI runner builds and pushes images.
- CI commits the image tag bump to
cluster-apps.
- Argo CD applies the change.
This avoids giving CI direct Kubernetes credentials.
