The user requested implementation of structured AutoCoder/CodeCartography issue wrap-ups. Implementation PR 6845 and database-fixture repair PR 6846 integrated reviewed changes into dev.
5a2b90c6c1f2a307531f8de463a7513baaf8ed94; current main: 11dd77f2715bb999407bf44e38f34af493d2bf97, verified identical tree.5a2b90c6c1f2a307531f8de463a7513baaf8ed94-4228-1 is production_live.kubernetes-admin@kubernetes, cluster https://192.168.1.9:6443, namespace autocoder-engine. Backend/frontend Deployments ready; deployed source annotation matches candidate. Production execution 9373-07a9c7ae-cdf8-42e2-abde-767d596667d6.sha256:87d28f599eef2cac939218c6578b4d3ef1cecb289f1c07d4884d3c84ac3c3ab8; frontend digest: sha256:c1926ed06486536e0cd4784215f662d6a35a7a49bdd9bd0dc39270604c921b3b./pkg/build-revision.txt report the exact candidate source. Authenticated board returns 225 native cards with the new wrap-up summary; old cards remain unassessed/unknown, with no historical backfill. Exact-target wrap-up history returns a bounded empty page; unsigned access returns401.codecartography_wrapup_requests / codecartography_wrapup_assessments, native/Finding capture triggers and immutable-assessment trigger are installed. At verification, zero assessments/requests existed, consistent with paused background admission and no historical backfill.Existing runtime selection is preserved: background automation=false, implementation workers=false, operator chat workers=true. The serving revision is delivered; operator chat workers still use sha256:133d4e3358704990d68034d7fb934a363780677173d40955dd911d0db8ad29cc. Parent Codex owns publication of the exact source through the existing publish-worker-image.yaml workflow and verification of drain/replacement. No Gitea issues were mutated. A pre-existing supervised pilot CrashLoopBackOff remains outside this feature delivery.
Candidate4226 failed before artifact build on incomplete older database fixtures. The two fixture dependencies were repaired; candidate4228 passed. A capacity-test failure was not reproduced in isolated baseline/implementation harnesses and passed the later full candidate gate; no speculative capacity fix was retained.
Rollback uses the existing pinned-image candidate route and retains additive wrap-up tables and immutable history; never remove assessment data to revert the application. Bounded worker test containers/volumes were removed after evidence retention. Application behavior is documented in repository documentation/procedures/ISSUE_WRAP_UP_PROCESS.md and documentation/prompts/ISSUE_CLOSED_WRAPUP.md.
Workflow 4231, exact main revision 11dd77f2715bb999407bf44e38f34af493d2bf97 and source input 5a2b90c6c1f2a307531f8de463a7513baaf8ed94, succeeded. The selected worker digest is sha256:bdb83b6c13792c23d9a468da0e2ee8ecbb1063316cef4641ce72de291e7814ac. All five operator-chat worker pods were replaced at 2026-10-01T11:46:29Z; each is Running/Ready on that exact immutable digest. Six worker-source hashes match the reviewed implementation, including readonly routing/sandbox setup, typed wrap-up contract, lifecycle reconciliation and SQL migration.
Post-rotation external backend health and frontend build revision remain the exact source. Release ledger remains production_live. Existing background/implementation stops remain false, with operator-chat selection true. No live retrospective LLM task was started under the general pause; read-only worker capability and corrections were verified through isolated contract tests, with exact runtime artifact identity and source checked after deployment. The prior pending worker completion above is now satisfied. No Gitea issue mutations or synthetic production assessments were made.
Finding559 remained resolved after the operator rejected completion. Reviewed PR6848 repairs the existing REQ-0130 closure contract through an authenticated resolution-withdrawal API, scoped compare-and-set event identity, append-only history, and persisted withdrawal state. Previous delivery or monitor evidence cannot reclose the case or detach linked work; a later explicit review must identify the withdrawal event and satisfy the original outcome's evidence requirements. The operation queues no worker or delivery and changes no automation pause.
Branch4232 passed at 5296f61aefeb8fe15559bb431dbdb1877db89e1f; PR6848 integrated into DEV 85ed9a6ad933f54491406b23a7b85d01241bb423. Candidate4233 passed all four jobs, and main promotion4235 succeeded at 944835bd148b596fee08f15b01f4704bbebebcb5, with the same source tree. Production backend/frontend were Ready1/1 at matching observed generations. Backend image sha256:30dd42063bb3cc90b27f0d7341b4b54d176fd68a753329cc6f168795ab641f34; frontend sha256:6218427ea2669a0c24fcbad70941932b4cf32d3cdbb21d1710982c9860a6527e; live health revision matched DEV source85ed9a6a.
At18:20:32UTC, the supported API reopened existing Finding559 and appended withdrawal269, retaining resolution268 and observation count1. Live authenticated detail and database readback show open/awaiting_evidence; case80397 is review_required and availability_verified=false. The visible blocker names external KeePass custody, administrator handover and emergency recovery as unverified. Identical live retry returns269; stale decision gets409; unsigned request gets401, without extra events. Global, requirements and implementation automation remain paused, with no queued/running worker for the exact Finding or feedback case. The wrap-up remains unassessed and numeric stars unset; operator-reported Fatal is retained as attributed evidence, not asserted verified impact.
Worker-host formatting and14 focused lifecycle checks passed, including PostgreSQL withdrawal/replay/conflict/monitor-closure tests and a two-client concurrent monitor test preserving cycle/task links. Source review found automatic reclosure and concurrent pointer-loss paths and those were repaired before integration. Own temporary test containers, database volume and13Gi cache-copy volume were removed; no controller build or new permission/capacity was used. Browser acceptance and worker-image publication were pending at this historical checkpoint and are now verified below. The full incident history is Finding559's operational record.
Worker publication4236 succeeded at exact main 944835bd148b596fee08f15b01f4704bbebebcb5. The backend selects immutable worker digest sha256:685a5cba114b735c7951cedbb10b84459813f883d1c7b46a6122b1a0444312e6. All five operator-chat worker Pods were replaced at18:35:21UTC on drg-k8s-worker-01.auth.home.lan, Running/Ready with that exact digest. Five relevant source hashes inspected inside an actual new-image worker match the independently reviewed tree. Backend observed generation2642 equals requested2642 and Ready1.
The actual production browser at https://codecartography.dev/issues, with TheWell selected and View=Active issues, displays Finding559 as Evidence pending. Expanded details show Resolution withdrawn and the explicit custody/handover/emergency-recovery reason. Its audit shows the previous Resolved timestamp2026-09-30T14:12:09.568345Z and withdrawal2026-10-01T18:20:32.698022Z, matching stored events268/269. No browser page errors occurred and no application mutation controls were used. The task-owned Selenium container, port-forward and temporary script were removed; the parent verified container/script absence.
Final authenticated detail after worker replacement still shows open/awaiting_evidence, resolved_at=null, occurrence1 and exactly one withdrawal. Global, requirements and implementation automation remain paused. The card-state repair is delivered and behaviorally verified. The credential recovery outcome remains unverified, and the numeric star rating and structured wrap-up remain unset; no rating completion is claimed. Prior cumulative active-runtime gap remains preserved rather than reset to zero; scheduled pipeline waits are excluded. No new paid capacity, credential disclosure, permission change or TheWell deployment was involved.
