The operator reported that failed pipeline continuation was blocking delivery. The original GPT 6.1 Sol/high, xhigh-ceiling and max-exclusion change is already deployed in AutoCoder and all five workers. This scoped host repair fixes the terminal handoff; it grants no deployment rights to workers and changes no account, spending, reserve, model or automation stop.
The earlier monitor attempted a new CLI writer, then an unrelated managed daemon. Both hit the original thread's active writer. The lock file was empty; the kernel FLOCK identified standalone interactive CLI PID1758509 as owner, while the managed daemon was PID3756153. JSON-file ownership inspection therefore missed the real owner.

A confirmed Codex CLI with the same profile queue open receives a supported thread/queue/add request through the verified existing daemon. Its writer stays intact. Managed-daemon idle threads retain their supported direct route; unverified owners are held.
Client identity and exact terminal prompt are persisted before submission. Queue receipt IDs are distinct from consumed turn IDs. A bounded read-only queue/history lookup matches both client identity and exact text before the registry records delivery. Unknown submission outcomes never replay automatically. Queued/uncertain deliveries serialize other watches on the same thread. Suspended Goals remain paused while queued and restore only after matching consumed history when the recorded objective/timestamp remain unchanged. Later user pauses, cancellations, stops and model/permission settings are preserved. Schema additions are non-destructive; historical failed watches are not replayed.
Exactly one retained watch14 terminal event for real candidate4106 was accepted via the supported CLI queue command. After the owning turn ended, the original CLI consumed it and automatically started turn 01a0eed8-b8d8-76d2-b9de-0a51025c9ca1. Parent and child independently found one exact client-ID/text history match, no remaining trial queue row, and unchanged GPT 6.1 Sol/high and permissions. Parent reconciled watch14 to delivered while preserving its provider evidence and historical error audit. This trial establishes the transport; it does not replace deployed monitor acceptance.
Register the already-completed real worker-publication run4111 at expected main 09daea7cd2278e5a95b5da8f7ec156f4d75e2a6b on the original thread, then end the owning turn. Verify the installed minute monitor queues one exact terminal event, the CLI consumes it automatically, registry retains queue/client/turn IDs and becomes delivered, and no queue receipt remains. Do not poll/replay the previously completed provider run or create a synthetic model call. The original model delivery record is the AutoCoder change page.
The temporary rollback executables were removed after successful automatic acceptance. Reviewed prior source remains in ProfileBackups Git history at main 45dde8346361040350f10b1fcc8a939f32a412b3 (before the manual-run observation fallback) and 708ebf1e9f8d1888577bdab3901f6d0d718d8c9d (before the queue adapter). Any scoped rollback must restore the selected revision's executable atomically with existing owner/group/mode. Leave additive registry columns and delivery evidence in place, preserve queued/held records, and inspect acceptance evidence before retrying. Do not release another process's writer lock or inject terminal input.
Publication4111 is a workflow_dispatch run and this Gitea version publishes no corresponding commit status. ProfileBackups PR23 adds a read-only Actions metadata fallback after an authenticated commit-status response has no exact run match. Parent and independent exact-head review passed; all30 focused tests passed. The authenticated response must bind repository ID, owner, name and expected SHA; local mode=ro metadata must bind the same repository, exact run index and commit. Canonical checkout is clean at the reviewed merge. Final scheduled service acceptance of actual publication4111 completed as recorded below.
The installed monitor registered watch17 for real worker-publication4111 and expected SHA 09daea7cd2278e5a95b5da8f7ec156f4d75e2a6b. After the owning turn ended, the existing minute service observed its authenticated read-only terminal metadata and the resume service submitted one persistent queue entry. Journal evidence records continuation_queued, no error and queue ID 01a0eef9-30eb-71a0-aea2-15d36fa07282.
The original CLI automatically consumed the event at 2026-09-29T21:01:48.849Z, starting turn 01a0eef9-4575-73a2-91b6-f67ceda3d80a. Positive history reconciliation records watch17 delivered, the accepted turn, retained queue/client IDs and no error. No completed provider run was polled or replayed during acceptance.
Both personal Codex profiles remain GPT 6.1 Sol/high; no active Goal exists for this ordinary task. Backend is ready on later source 18e0be36d26a91f96878c63745088fbad458af03, verified to contain reviewed model change 65a88c8e0480a35f6272ea579b97ebcd183dc4ae. Runtime model-role defaults are GPT 6.1 Sol/high. All five worker pods remain Running and ready on published image sha256:053112704014e9d1615bbee847c71feab7630de1a17cf5f88865120b4f841085. Background, requirements and implementation automation remain disabled; operator chat remains enabled. Dedicated provider settings remain unchanged. The model delivery and blocking continuation repair are complete.
No paid inference, capacity or permission expansion was introduced. Exact early cumulative active runtime remains unavailable and is not treated as zero; child RCA/implementation reported about20 active minutes, reviewer timing is unavailable, and final installation/acceptance turns each took under10 minutes. Scheduled idle pipeline waiting is excluded. Durable source, PRs, watch evidence and this record preserve the completed work; bounded temporary checkouts/receipts/backups and the completed chat checkpoint can now be removed.
Removed the three clean task-scoped model/monitor worktrees only after verifying their heads were preserved on their origin branches. Removed bounded trial receipt, preservation marker, rollback copies and completed chat checkpoint. Reviewed Git history, PRs, registry evidence and Wiki records remain. The original AutoCoder checkout and its unrelated conflicts were preserved.
