CodeCartography finding #445, linked to TheWell-Backend REQ-0070, was selected from the existing ranked SuperProject findings and imported feedback 8013. AutoCoder planned and implemented change set sp-requirements-1790619521102437319 on the preserved task superproject-requirements-1790619521102437319-implementation. The candidate counts one user translation action while retaining provider-operation counts separately and adds bounded, administrator-gated aggregate diagnostics. TheWell PROD was not changed.
The exact candidate commit 3e2c79ab7f4049fca5c69ecdad0aeae419b3ac54 was merged through Azure PR 6638 into Backend DEV as 721fb5170dbe150ec0d5052b39ae339d42848464. Azure build 26181, definition 394 TheWell-Backend-Test-Delivery, used that exact source revision; its Deploy exact build to persistent test stage succeeded. It ran from 19:25:49 to 19:30:27 UTC, 4m37s active (4m42s from queue). AutoCoder records outcome test_delivered, delivery succeeded, and change-set/task completed. Requirement finalization PR 6640 completed after a transient asynchronous Azure merge delay. A duplicate PR 6639 caused by an operator inspection helper was abandoned; it did not merge.
The public TEST frontend returned HTTP 200. The new protected /api/stats/datapools/translation-usage route returned HTTP 401 without a user token, while an unknown route returned 404. This establishes route presence and authorization, not authenticated aggregate correctness. The current work account has not yet exercised the new translation action in TEST, and no administrator token was available for an authenticated aggregate query.
Worker-local focused TheWell-BackendTests: 15 passed, 0 failed, including translation action counting and aggregate authorization/denominator behavior; git diff --check passed. The full solution suite had 587 passing and six failures from absent local configuration, legacy fixture ZIP, and localhost PostgreSQL; it was not treated as a clean full-suite pass. The governed TEST cutover was applied on 2026-09-28 at 20:04 UTC (see the update below). Whole UTC days from 2026-09-29 can be classified corrected; earlier days remain legacy_unverified. Historical raw request counts cannot be reconstructed from older daily rollups.
The implementation task originally failed after pushing its branch because Azure rejected the full captured plan as a PR description longer than 4,000 characters. A scoped administrator recovery created PR 6638 with a concise description bound to the exact commit, then restored the original change-set/task handoff. A second defect in codecartography_admit_change_delivery_requests rejected successful implementation tasks parked in awaiting_merge; the live SQL function was corrected for the exact task type and revision checkpoint. AutoCoder repair PR 6754, commit 71499fae5d9e9d8863dadd87673dfa007d6fb4bd, passed Gitea branch validation and merged to DEV as 987283334b3729879b358a31774791997622aa74. Candidate run 3957 deployed backend image sha256:f57cd882895e7f53ccbff6a7ecfc087f22ab347156a1a56ad71a24ba442caf81; the deployment had one ready replica and general background automation remained disabled.
The earlier supervised DEV continuation persisted an operator-acceptance hold. Because this user's authorized completion point is TEST, the administrator used an exact guarded transaction to move only this already DEV-delivered change set to awaiting_test_merge and cleared that hold. AutoCoder's configured direct TEST route then advanced the unchanged revision. No PROD promotion or administrator permission grant occurred.
The temporary supervised worker Pod used worker01 NVMe and no service-account token. Its branch and task history are retained in Azure/AutoCoder. Source and validation evidence remain in change set sp-requirements-1790619521102437319. Pending live acceptance is an authenticated translation and aggregate read by a capable existing TheWell administrator; do not present the pipeline status as that observation.
The temporary supervised Pod was removed after verifying it ran only sleep infinity; the committed Azure branch and AutoCoder task history remain. Candidate run 3957 finished successfully. Gitea DEV is 987283334b3729879b358a31774791997622aa74; MAIN is 0afebb55b7be84c775d6c0dc123aba4e9350a5b4, which contains that DEV repair. The live engine workload reports candidate 987283334b3729879b358a31774791997622aa74-3957-1 and one ready replica. TheWell PROD remained untouched.
Azure PR 6641 merged the TEST-only AutoCoderFeedback__TranslationUsageCorrectedFromUtc=2026-09-28T19:30:28Z manifest value. The automatic full TEST run 26182 for subsequent DEV revision d303b87daa35a8a0d167fa6dda34bf5c0d76db62 failed before rollout at the immutable release-directory cap of 14; no old release directory was removed and no capacity limit was raised. The local artifact relay correctly stopped newer automatic delivery after that failure. The normal deployment script also needed its environment guard to admit the new key.
Azure PR 6642 added a reviewed DEV-only configuration run and repaired that guard. Run 26183 stopped before mutation because its preflight expected an annotation the backend deployment route does not write. Azure PR 6643 removed that unsupported assertion while retaining live source, namespace, readiness and existing environment checks. DEV revision bcea9f422ce9c67795bc6687385a1093c2b11e47 queued configuration-only TEST run 26184. It succeeded at 20:04:42 UTC, rolled out the existing application source 721fb5170dbe150ec0d5052b39ae339d42848464, checked the active cutover environment and readiness, and published a redacted receipt. The public aggregate route still returned 401 without authentication after rollout. No new artifact release directory was allocated, and PROD was untouched.
The immutable artifact-directory cap and stopped automatic relay remain a separate delivery fault. Authenticated aggregate correctness after a real user translation is also still unobserved: the available Admin Julian CLI token was revoked (AADSTS50173), and no valid work-account or administrator token is available to this operator. The focused .NET tests and deployed configuration support the intended behavior but do not replace that live authenticated check.
The previously blocked full artifact route was repaired under the owner's approved scoped retention rule. Azure DEV PRs 6644 and 6645 added live inventory and fail-closed cleanup; host ProfileBackups PR 14 bounded private Gitea build packages. Exact backend TEST run 26186 succeeded for repaired DEV source c763322aa7bf61e6709f6d3b1ecb888e09f97612, with the existing REQ-0070 code and corrected TEST configuration. Read-only run 26187 confirmed that release live with one ready replica, 11 release directories, 11 recovery Secrets and storage above reserve. The normal relay is completed for 26186. This supersedes the 20:05 capacity stop for future TEST delivery; it does not supply the still-missing authenticated aggregate behavior observation. No PROD action occurred.
