The deployed engine's finding projection explicitly mapped an open finding with a completed change set to waiting_for_autocoder. The feedback case retained an older implementation_queued state; the exact implementation task and change set were both completed with outcome test_delivered. The finding remains open because authenticated behavior acceptance and narrow closure review are not recorded. This change does not resolve the finding or rewrite feedback history.

No database row or Gitea issue was edited directly.
The operator rejected blocked as the label for a TEST-delivered finding awaiting normal verification. PR 6759 added canonical awaiting_evidence state under REQ-0158, preserving the verification stage and the retained evidence gap. The card now shows TEST delivered · verification pending, with “Evidence needed” in its expanded details. blocked remains for actual failures or impediments; finding #445 stays open until authenticated TEST behavior and closure review are recorded. The earlier blocked wording and derived-state conclusion above describe the interim release only and are superseded by this section.
