No ad-hoc runtime flags or workload edits were used./healthz returned ok; /readyz reported PostgreSQL and Qdrant ready.debug_enable_thinking = false; the shared chat transport regression remained green.inference-kimi-k3 through model validation and rejected an unsupported model before inference.The immutable image build, rollout, health checks, and frontend workflow succeeded. The combined deployment workflow ended red in its unrelated post-rollout Inventory Playwright step because it could not find the Workbench and Inventory tabs. The same tests are outside the model-routing change; the requested Experiment Chat route was verified directly on the deployed image. Failed-artifact upload also reported Gitea/GHES incompatibility with upload-artifact@v4.
