The user reported that existing issues were not being classified and a provider-key total cost of CHF 0.01 had appeared, likely from testing. After the scope distinction was explained, the user explicitly authorized reassessing existing open issues once while preserving manual priority choices, because the old classification was reported as fatal. This describes the user's assessment of prior quality; no new destructive production event was established.
Keep Kimi-K3 thinking disabled, use only the existing pinned Tokio prepaid account and original 2026-10-01 UTC expiry, preserve the no-topup/no-fallback boundary and the one-start-per-rolling-minute limit. General implementation stays paused. The separate 30.31 CHF provisional reported balance is not a verified live provider balance.
Current delivered main is 51e667c50cc3fff9b84093b38c613ae30a9c4a1e; development is fe597555312a6c6e5856c20eeb5d296afa68498b. There are 162 open native issues across four repositories, 161 already typed and one uncategorized. Twenty-one have at least one operator priority dimension. The scheduler selects only issue_type=uncategorized and excludes any issue with any historical categorization task. The remaining uncategorized issue 1568 therefore cannot be selected. Only native Kimi task 1570 completed; it used 1197 tokens. The reported CHF 0.01 is consistent with that single call, but the persisted raw provider cost has no confirmed currency.
Use an explicitly started, durable, finite reassessment pass. Freeze current open issue identities once, distinguish pass attempts from historical tests, preserve per-dimension operator priority, reject stale/closed issue writes, support all five classified native types, and retain proposed/effective decisions and evidence. Existing task state is the attempt ledger; failures are visible and do not trigger repeated automatic spend. Normal future uncategorized intake remains available. Start the pass only after the updated backend and worker images are verified, not as an incidental deployment side effect.
Requirement REQ-0152 was updated and pushed separately as c3d6bd6d on fix/once-only-issue-reassessment, based on verified dev. Sol/high owns the scoped implementation under a self-contained contract; parent owns documentation, worker-image routing, independent acceptance, integration and deployment. Model-wide success rate/drift and comparative cost remain unproven.
All builds/tests use the worker-node NVMe mount /workspace/supervised-runtime, verified ext4 /dev/nvme0n1p1. New task scratch is bounded to 40 GiB; private administrator evidence is bounded to 10 MiB with review retention through 2026-09-23. Existing unrelated source work and the supervised worker are preserved. No reassessment pass or new provider calls have been started yet.
The initial implementation was not accepted on first review. Parent review found PostgreSQL same-statement inserted-row visibility could leave the cohort count incorrect. Independent Terra/medium review found resume did not enforce the immutable original expiry and generic orphan recovery could requeue an interrupted paid categorization. Worker compilation also exposed a missing Context import and unsupported JSONB test conversion. These are being repaired before activation; no pass has started. The generic recovery fix is limited to categorization tasks and retains their failed attempt rather than repeating a potentially paid request. Eventual acceptance and usage remain unscored pending verified checks; these observations do not establish model-wide regression.
Commit ade08c3d4e82f6296901df2f385c25d12cd21880 on PR 4562 targets dev. Second frozen attempt passed independent Terra/medium review, worker cargo formatting, the complete unit suite, backend rollout checks, two issue-store database tests, and the admission/orphan database scenario in both compiled targets. Branch CI run 3084 is pending. No deployment or pass activation yet. The live open cohort remains 162 issues, with 21 operator-priority issues and no running tasks at the verification checkpoint.
Delegation result: Sol/high implementation first-pass acceptance 0/1, eventual code acceptance after repair 1/1; live-delivery acceptance remains pending. Usage is unavailable and no comparative saving or model-regression claim is made.
CI 3084 failed the existing exact-model claim database fixture because it hand-builds a partial schema and lacked the new campaign relations referenced by shared claim SQL. Auditing other fixtures found the supervised claim and implementation-to-verification fixtures also needed the canonical campaign schema. Commit 518a560af2739683e4c26194e68521f314e803bd changes only these tests. Worker-host exact-model claim, supervised claim/provider handoff, lifecycle reconciliation and formatting checks pass, and independent review accepted the fixture changes. CI 3085 is pending; end-to-end acceptance remains pending. No production activation has occurred.
CI 3085 passed all unit/database checks and native/frontend release builds in 12m21s. PR 4562 merged unchanged into dev as 20892f4d45fb102ad947808e6d102e1bdf9c6141. Narrow production replay is 8310e31b, based on verified main 51e667c5. Requirement conflict resolution changes only REQ-0152; the existing categorization admission test was updated in its production location rather than duplicated. Runtime repair files match the reviewed development versions. Production-based worker checks and independent promotion review are underway; no deployment or activation yet.
Removed two verified inactive, prior-task build caches (about 8 GiB) from worker NVMe. Current task verification artifacts and unrelated supervised work remain preserved.
Production replay 8310e31be7e36bfb95cc1b51a6f71a47f157a963 passed worker-host tests, independent replay review, and full CI 3087 (14m1s). PR 4568 merged unchanged into main as 2c894e6d921d007874946bc79028d7c08a3270c1. Cluster context and API endpoint were reverified before the merge that triggers deployment. The automatic image build/deployment is pending. No pass has been initialized; both backend and category-worker artifacts must match the new revision first. Production rollback remains the previous ready backend revision/image sha-51e667c50cc3 and preserved data; new campaign tables are additive.
Pipeline 3088 succeeded. Backend generation 2420 is observed and ready (1/1); both the backend pod and categorization worker run image sha-2c894e6d921d with identical digest sha256:676909c341556b58b2bea66beff583b1694243e6ae92c4d323b82dcd0227418c, matching the production deployment receipt. The category worker is on drg-k8s-worker-01. Effective config was verified from each deployed container's config.toml plus environment overrides: implementation false; native categorization and automatic scheduling true; exact Tokio account and original 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z expiry preserved.
Preview reported 162 eligible open native issues. The deployed binary on the worker explicitly started campaign kimi-k3-nothink-20260916 at 2026-09-16T06:55:02.927597Z with 162 immutable members, model inference-kimi-k3 and thinking=false. First snapshot: 162 pending, one task queued for issue 7, zero applied/failed and no duplicate task identities. This is activation, not completion; live result verification is ongoing.
If rollback becomes necessary after activation, pause this campaign using the deployed administrative command before reverting runtime images; retain campaign/task/audit data and do not repeat failed paid requests.
Paused the same pass at 2026-09-16T06:57:21.738272Z after two paid calls. Issue 7 failed the strict target check because Kimi returned legacy storage ID -7 instead of canonical native ID 7; no write occurred. Issue 8 was applied, but its rationale elevated an automated implementation/test report into fact despite admitting delivery was unverified. Its typed operational_priority is null/null; historical quoted operator comments are not current manual authority. Issue 9 is queued, 159 remain pending, none running. The failed paid call will not be retried automatically.
A narrow execution-time follow-up binds canonical target identity in a system message for both existing queued and future prompts and requires attribution of automated claims. Strict finalization, persisted original evidence, operator provenance and attempt history remain intact. Independent review passed; worker checks and delivery are pending. Keep the campaign paused until matching corrected backend/worker artifacts are verified, then resume this same frozen cohort. Provider raw costs 0.010605 and 0.012957 have unknown units and cannot establish CHF spending or remaining balance.
PR 4574, head 4b1d922b236f83e471b9493c6d2cd4bc18df5ad2, passed worker-host formatting, three runtime contract tests, workflow syntax/runtime routing and backend rollout checks, independent review, and full CI 3090. Merged into dev as e4e893206a0895998d09981d833d10fefc387d94. The three-file correction also adds worker-runtime subdirectories to initial deployment classification, matching existing catchup coverage.
Clean production replay 5d8993fabea54ea302f91a58224c7608a5ecd133 is based on main 2c894e6d921d. Independent review confirmed exact matching file contents and preserved pause/expiry/finalization/no-retry safeguards. Production checks are underway; campaign remains paused and no additional live calls are authorized by deployment itself.
Before promotion, parent inspection found two further defects: the new system text requested a repository output field absent from the strict response schema, and a historical diagnostic in the frozen cohort contains a credential-bearing URL. The campaign remains paused; the candidate production replay has not been promoted. No credential values are included in this record.
A further dev correction makes repository scope-only, regenerates the outbound prompt from structured evidence copies sanitized by the existing shared diagnostic redactor, and retains raw persisted scope for stale-write and operator-priority guards. The existing diagnostic API consumer now reuses the same recursive helper. Synthetic tests cover nested URL/header/token redaction, nonsecret context, structured priority and unchanged raw scope. Independent review passed; worker tests pending. The prior review missed the schema mismatch, so that first review acceptance is not evidence of live correctness.
Redaction/schema correction 7ced101ea5e4c61d945b88184347e5d936d8ecd9 passed worker formatting, four native runtime tests, existing diagnostic-redactor tests, independent review, and full CI 3092. PR 4580 merged into dev as 89a999b09c017660f79e531b5b4e3a798dd1144f. All 21 frozen issues with typed operator priorities still matched their baseline at the pre-promotion check. Credential-bearing URL patterns were also found in queued issue 9; the same pattern was absent from the scopes of the two completed calls. This is a bounded pattern check, not proof that all possible secret formats were absent.
Combined production PR 4581, head 1fdb0355785e9535bb78f537ec292ada6402945a, contains three clean replay commits and five files matching reviewed/tested dev exactly. Independent replay review and production worker formatting/rollout checks passed. CI 3094 is pending. Campaign remains paused; no retry or cohort expansion has occurred.
Full production-branch CI 3094 passed. After rechecking the Kubernetes context and API endpoint, PR 4581 merged unchanged into main as 430c70f598fab6423e7b00f397b29e0ed93d8ae2. Deployment pipeline 3095 is building the immutable target image sha-430c70f598fa. Both backend and categorization worker must run that revision with matching digest and preserved effective flags before explicit resume of the same paused campaign. The previously deployed sha-2c894e6d921d remains the rollback artifact; campaign/audit data must be retained and paused during rollback.
Pipeline 3095 succeeded. Backend generation 2422 is observed and ready; backend pod autocoder-engine-59c6fff69-5vlsd and the categorization worker on drg-k8s-worker-01 both run sha-430c70f598fa with matching digest sha256:3884079021c566db06361c9304fd5b187809a055f7f12e283d878aed6e639d2e, matching the exact production deployment receipt. Effective config was checked in both containers: implementation false, categorization/automatic true, pinned Tokio account, unchanged October 1 UTC expiry. Frontend deployment was correctly skipped.
After these checks, the administrator resumed the existing campaign with the deployed CLI. Cohort remains 162; initial resumed counts are applied1, failed1, queued1, pending159. Issue 9 is now running on the corrected worker. This is verified deployment and resume, not proof of successful classification; live acceptance is underway. Prior failed call 7 remains retained without retry.
At 2026-09-16T08:29:52Z the active frozen pass reports 11 applied, 1 failed, 1 queued and 149 pending (162 members); none running at that instant. The application categorization controller owns continued admission/execution, with one outstanding task, at least sixty seconds between starts, the original account and expiry, and no automatic repeat of failed paid calls. This is an active pass, not a claim that all 162 issues are finished. Issue 7 remains the retained pre-correction wrong-ID failure.
Seven corrected results (9,10,11,12,13,16,20) received source-aware semantic review with no material type/priority/complexity blocker. They cover focused UI features, a historical deadlock diagnostic, recurring repository-sync failures, and large evidence inputs (99,579 and 143,836 total tokens for 9 and 20). Runtime audits show canonical IDs, native-issue-target-v1, inference-kimi-k3, thinking disabled, no reasoning/tools, and normal stop. This small sequential sample is not model-wide accuracy, a drift comparison, or a demonstrated cost saving.
Real issue 20 was reassessed and saved while preserving important=true and urgent=false plus both operator provenance records. All 21 operator-priority issues still matched their frozen priority baseline; issue 1456 remains important=true, urgent=false and awaits its pass turn. Audit across applied results found zero unrelated-field changes, zero duplicate member attempts, and minimum start gap 60.103135 seconds. Recorded costs remain provider raw values with unknown currency; no cash-USD entries or CHF balance conversion were inferred.
Qualified rationale findings remain visible: issue 13 calls an automated claim confirmation and incorrectly calls an ordinary requested outcome contamination; issue 20 says no typed urgency exists while correctly citing typed urgent=false. These do not alter the reviewed field outcomes or preserved authority. The earlier issue 8 result still has its pre-correction overconfident delivery-claim rationale. No result history was rewritten to hide these limitations.
Archived bounded verification evidence privately (under 10 MiB; retention review 2026-09-23), removed the verified inactive 5.4 GiB task verification scratch from worker NVMe, and removed four clean integrated task worktrees while retaining commits/branches. The supervised pod, unrelated work, general implementation stop and frontend artifact remain preserved. Current runtime rollback is to sha-2c894e6d921d only after pausing the campaign; retain all membership/task/audit records.
At 2026-09-16T09:10:37Z the administrator paused the campaign after interpreting the user's question about project scope and observed token consumption as possible spend/scope concern. The user clarified that the provider's raw aggregate cost appears to match the portal's CHF consumption. Because the full once-only pass remained previously authorized, the same campaign was resumed without changing its 162-member cohort, account, expiry, nonthinking policy, interval or no-retry history. The pause was a conservative administrator action, not a provider failure or model result.
At resume, 44 results were applied, one pre-correction attempt remained failed, one task remained queued, and 116 members had no attempt. All consumed campaign tokens to that point belonged to AutoCoder/AutoCoder-Engine because it is first in the stable queue order. Completed plus failed usage was 611,631 total tokens. Provider raw cost headers summed to 2.221941; the user's portal comparison is evidence that this likely represents CHF, but the API response still does not declare a currency. Treat it as provisionally correlated with portal CHF rather than a formally typed currency field.
