The user requested repair of multiple compatible API keys per hoster, persisted issue drag/drop, native Phoeniqs Kimi-K3 non-thinking categorization, and a separate provisional operator-reported balance of 30.31 CHF for Tokio Burner. External-administrator repair authority applies to these scoped production repairs. General implementation workers remain disabled. No topups, pay-as-you-go fallback or use of the new monthly account is authorized by this change.
Verified Kubernetes context kubernetes-admin@kubernetes, API https://192.168.1.9:6443, namespace autocoder-engine. Backend image sha-dbc4dd43d6dd; frontend sha-da69b4d3489e. Builds/tests run only on worker node drg-k8s-worker-01.auth.home.lan with bounded local NVMe scratch. Existing account key/ID preservation evidence is private; no secret copied here.
527956ad44e963ccdaee69f529c3d0c25b45553d. Existing draggable-card repair is still absent from the live image.Use narrow reviewed promotion after development integration. Retain previous immutable images and repository-managed disabled implementation flag. Additive account columns must remain on rollback to preserve reported balances and credentials. Disabling categorization uses repository-managed configuration. Its authorization pins the existing prepaid account and expires 2026-10-01 UTC; raw provider cost headers have unknown units and must never become inferred USD charges. No active historical categorization USD reservations were found during the preflight.
Verify immutable rollout, preserved existing account identity/key and USD limit, separate 30.31 CHF provisional balance, independent same-host accounts, live drag/drop persistence, and a native Kimi non-thinking result before claiming delivery.
65fb11f09b130e18fed8c6bc48cfad2855862500. Frontend rollout completed at that image; backend image build remains in progress. Public sign-in page passed a worker-host Chromium smoke check without page errors.Backend rollout sha-65fb11f09b13 is ready (generation 2403 observed 2403). Live comparison against the private pre-deployment baseline verifies unchanged key, opaque account ID, display name, enabled state, creation timestamp and USD cap, with task history retained. The actual preserved cap is 150 USD; the earlier 100 USD conversational value is stale and was not used to overwrite settings. Root configuration still has AUTOCODER_IMPLEMENTATION_WORKERS_ENABLED = "false". The user may retry adding the monthly account; no second secret has been supplied or stored by this session.
The user identified the failed drag as native AutoCoder/AutoCoder-Engine issue 1456 to Important and Urgent, with no feedback message. Its database value remains important=true, urgent=false. Served frontend assets match the new image and have no-cache headers; an already-open tab and browser-specific drag behavior are still being investigated. No issue mutation was performed for diagnosis.
Balance PR 4471 passed CI and merged main at b83e3766dc11b1d40e83697f78d0999a468ea2b2. Frontend is ready at that image; backend build remains in progress, so no reported-balance value has yet been written.
The user confirmed Chrome and a reload after deployment. A remaining full-page defect was identified: the aggregate All member projects board displays native issues while its drop handler blanket-rejects aggregate scope; the reason appears only in the remote page header. The repair now preserves source repository identity and distinguishes native cards from monitor findings, with local save state and visible feedback. Parent review caught finding-render lookup and imported-issue identity omissions before delivery. This repair is still being validated; no live priority change is claimed.
Final native commit b293e1010a1a2f0934b2597e939b76d6b3a94c53 passed its exact worker-host pod-planning test (1 test) and independent review. PR 4474 is awaiting final CI before development integration.
Narrow production PR 4478 at 093b07a063ffaa933c4ead4d486280bc63ed2e39 preserves the balance/account changes and includes the user-authorized categorization activation. Both category flags are true only in this pending repository revision; account and expiry remain pinned, general implementation stays false. Independent replay review found no blocker. Merge is gated on source PR 4474 integration and the promotion CI. The live runtime remains inactive for categorization.
Backend and frontend rollout sha-b83e3766dc11 completed. After checking the four additive columns, a scoped administrator transaction updated exactly Tokio Burner account openai-compatible-dacb49487080a186ee492190 to 30.31 CHF with status provisional, recorded 2026-09-15 21:32:26 UTC. This was an operator-reported value, not a provider balance API observation or currency conversion. The authenticated browser session was unavailable, so the authorized metadata update used administrator SQL after deployment. Follow-up read verified the amount/currency/status and unchanged key, account identity, name, enabled state, creation time and existing 150 USD limit; task history was retained.
Production promotion PR 4478 passed CI and merged at 17d90ea209389930786156175479803508411254. Backend and frontend run that immutable image. Root configuration has categorization and automatic admission enabled only for the pinned Tokio Burner account until 2026-10-01 UTC; general implementation remains false.
Native task issue-categorization-1570-8b741ca6251be199e0783132a807dae97362fd13f0d88e100b64095bbc620844 ran on drg-k8s-worker-01.auth.home.lan using image sha-17d90ea20938, from 22:00:18 to 22:00:50 UTC. It completed issue 1570 as bug, important=false, urgent=false, complexity=unassessed with attributable evidence and explicit gaps. Audit confirms thinking_disabled_requested=true, no reasoning content, no tool calls, model inference-kimi-k3, 708 input plus 489 output tokens (1197 total). Raw provider cost header is 0.009459 with unknown unit; actual USD cost is null, and no resource budget reservations or usage events were created. No CHF/USD conversion was made.
Independent semantic review passed this one case; it does not establish overall model quality or drift. Database comparison against the task snapshot confirms body, open state, review_required status and requirements_definition stage unchanged. Issue 1568 remained untouched; all six paused implementation tasks remained queued.
The rollout itself reached readiness, but CI run 3068 then failed in record-backend-deployment.py: its broad app-label pod list included a pod that was not the selected ready backend artifact. Strict receipt validation correctly refused attribution; a scoped ownership-aware selection repair is in progress. Do not treat the failed bookkeeping step as an application rollout failure or fabricate a deployment receipt.
Source PR 4487 and narrow promotion PR 4488 are under CI. Exact promotion revision dcebc48d1f6a05de6dc0ef35bd11de6856fc970c passed worker formatting, fresh UI-test WASM and Chromium, including the restored full persistence/rollback/identity/visible-status suite. Source requirements were consolidated under REQ-0151; the unpublished duplicate was removed. Earlier amended unpushed task commits were retained on local audit branches, and subsequent changes use follow-up commits; no published history was rewritten. Aggregate repair is not yet deployed.
Aggregate source PR 4487 passed CI and merged development at 5b339289b3e511e021a08e173ce0a7fbb5a18885; reviewed narrow PR 4488 passed exact production browser validation and CI, then merged main at c75c811e9c84614365ca557c59bccba3e0fdca63. Run 3074 is building the deployment; authenticated drag acceptance remains pending.
Receipt investigation identified 16 stale unready pods owned by scaled-to-zero historical ReplicaSets. Category workers have a different app label and were not implicated. PR 4491 resolves the Deployment/ReplicaSet/Pod controller UID chain without deleting old pods. Worker focused tests and a read-only live-topology function check passed. Independent review caught missing CI get/list permission on apps/replicasets; the reviewed follow-up adds only those read operations. Live impersonated access currently confirms the missing permission; administrator application will preserve unrelated Role fields after integration.
The actual long Tokio account ID also exposed truncation of the categorization pod suffix, colliding with the general worker name. A separate reviewed fix uses a distinct category prefix and full-account SHA-256 fingerprint while preserving general pod names. Its worker-host tests are pending; general implementation remains disabled.
The c75 frontend rollout failed its wait: the Deployment spec selected c75, but the running pod remained 17d. Actual FailedCreate evidence showed a 200m replacement blocked at 7950m CPU limits used against quota 8. A spec image plus ready count alone was insufficient rollout evidence; the user-facing status was corrected.
Measured nonterminal limits were backend 2, PostgreSQL 1, frontend 0.2, category worker 0.5, and preserved supervised validation worker/test PostgreSQL 4.25 cores. Reviewed follow-up 0445f4c6d675b66378669c75b1534a77481085cc raises only the namespace CPU-limit quota to 11, covering 7.95 steady plus 2.7 for backend/frontend rollout and category name migration. CPU requests remain 4; no pods or unrelated work were removed. Cluster allocatable CPU is 26 cores; observed worker/control utilization was 74%/22%.
After independent review, the external administrator applied only this quota field with resourceVersion and old-value guards to unblock the already-running authorized rollout. Readback confirmed the exact 8-to-11 change and unchanged other quota fields. Repository PR 4491 retains the change and remains under CI. The original failed frontend CI job remains failed; controller recovery and the next pipeline must be verified separately. Rollback is a guarded return to 8 only after use and rollout headroom permit it.
After a metadata-only quota-recheck annotation on the failed frontend ReplicaSet, its controller created the c75 pod. Frontend generation 711 has updated=ready=replicas=1 and NewReplicaSetAvailable. Backend generation 2413 likewise reached updated=ready=replicas=1 on c75 at 22:30:34 UTC. Running backend sha-c75c811e9c84 digest is sha256:b09aac566e7e2cded6795e8fe7e5c108482203e65adc34aafcc7eb9e85d69c81; frontend digest is sha256:3f220dff1e279456ca41d45d7d9dba26547be72c1e0b6aa7388a9b4d52391060. Old frontend was reconciled without manual deletion.
Run 3074 backend failed only in the still-unpatched artifact attribution step after readiness; the original frontend job retains its earlier quota failure. Both application images are deployed, but pipeline success is not claimed. The signed-in user has been asked to reload, move issue 1456 to Important and Urgent, and verify persistence and the local saved message. Final engine PRs 4491 and 4495 remain in CI; worker-name exact-source formatting and focused regression passed.
PR 4491 exact head 0445f4c6d675b66378669c75b1534a77481085cc passed required CI and merged development at 000aaadda0bed60c5fc693cc1339b4686b3d6601. The administrator appended only the reviewed apps/replicasets get/list rule to the existing namespace CI Role, guarded by resourceVersion. Readback verified every earlier rule remained identical, including the unrelated live secret resource-name addition. Impersonated can-i get replicasets.apps and can-i list replicasets.apps for system:serviceaccount:autocoder-engine:autocoder-engine-ci both return yes. No administrator rights were granted to workers. Worker-name PR 4495 remains under CI; a combined narrow engine production promotion will follow its integration.
Worker-name PR 4495 passed exact CI and merged development at fe597555312a6c6e5856c20eeb5d296afa68498b. Narrow production PR 4498 contained exactly six files and retained all account/balance/Kimi/drag behavior and runtime flags. Independent replay review passed; the exact Rust files matched the worker-validated source. Promotion head db81b95d82da48a46868fbbbf339f0ce79d63cbb passed CI, then merged main at 51e667c50cc3fff9b84093b38c613ae30a9c4a1e. Its deployment is now being monitored for a real successful pipeline receipt and safe category-worker name migration. No successful rollout is claimed yet.
A fresh private baseline comparison after c75 deployment confirmed preserved Tokio credential fingerprint, ID, display, enabled state, creation time, USD cap and task history. No secret or fingerprint value is published here. Issue 1456 authenticated retry remains pending.
Production run 3082 succeeded, including manifests, backend image, rollout, artifact attribution and cronjob deployment; unchanged frontend steps were correctly skipped. Backend generation 2418 is observed with replicas=updated=ready=1 on sha-51e667c50cc3. The real autocoder/deployment/production success receipt was written at 23:13:15 UTC for full revision 51e667c50cc3fff9b84093b38c613ae30a9c4a1e, digest sha256:e9d976fc67e5e71704e62097542630c8324e428a4ed618307721e19757c5a1f2. Independent readback matches that digest to the ready backend container. Combined commit status is success. Frontend remains ready on the verified c75 drag-repair artifact.
Category worker autocoder-agent-categorization-5e1a937f028c0e4982cc1b0a664db7d8 is ready on the worker node; the old colliding name is absent. Its unchanged native execution image remains 17d by design because this patch changes backend reconciliation. General implementation is still false; categorization and automatic admission remain true only for the pinned Tokio account until 2026-10-01 UTC. Original six implementation tasks remain queued, alongside one diagnostic remediation task; none is running.
Database readback confirms 30.31 CHF provisional balance and unchanged 150 USD application cap. Only one compatible account exists at this hoster; the monthly key has not yet been added. The sole live Kimi trial remains issue 1570, completed with 1197 tokens; no extra model calls were made for final verification. Issue 1456 remains important=true, urgent=false and priority-override audit count remains zero. Authenticated user retry is still pending; browser fixture success and deployed code do not establish a live manual save.
Retained private evidence includes exact source CI summaries, production browser log, worker validation log archive, final commit statuses and live artifact/worker/database readback. About 6.3 GiB of task-owned NVMe validation directories, bundles and browser temp files were removed after evidence retention. The shared supervised pod, unrelated 1571 work, historical pods, repository work and credentials remain intact. Administrator evidence remains bounded below 10 MiB with review retention through 2026-09-22.
The user confirmed that moving issue 1456 to Important and Urgent displayed the saved message and persisted after reload, then reported moving it back. Independent database readback shows important=true, urgent=false. The append-only priority audit contains the actual drag-and-drop changes to urgent=true at 05:06:25 and 05:06:40 UTC, and back to urgent=false at 05:06:33 and 05:08:45 UTC, with operator provenance. This closes the live drag/drop acceptance check in both directions. No administrator issue mutation was performed; the user's final position is preserved.
