The operator authorized one issue classification for human review before enabling a steady-state ceiling of one classification start per rolling sixty seconds. General AutoCoder automation remains stopped.
The first supervised run selected CodeCartography issue 1568 in AutoCoder/AutoCoder-Engine. The deployed classifier used gpt-6-astra with high reasoning and returned null Important and Urgent values. The deterministic finalizer correctly retained the issue as uncategorized, but the result was too costly and not usable.
Production PR 4407, merge 5a6be8298317ad3ec7e09df020688f3d2ae7d4e5, changed the bounded classification contract to gpt-5.6-luna with low reasoning. Important and Urgent are required booleans; lack of evidence for material impact or a time-sensitive delay consequence supports false, while evidence gaps remain in the audit. Paid fallback is excluded. PR 4406 retained the same repair on dev.
The Gitea action history endpoint had recorded no new run since 2026-09-11 and the immutable image did not exist, so the administrator built the exact production merge tree with the repository's backend build recipe. Registry image gitea.app.lan/autocoder/autocoder-engine:sha-5a6be8298317 was pushed and deployed with guarded rollout verification. The exact deployment receipt was retained on the production merge. Both AUTOCODER_ENGINE_IMAGE and AUTOCODER_WORKER_IMAGE reference the new image.
