Its final status lookup then reported Owning cycle disappeared because the prior review pointer had been replaced. The cycle/work remained intact. Followupc20d4c24add875140dffdfef6a667f4466240c2c, PR4395 merged77a10a08c52ad15a1aa69420400eabcab1fdc7ac, resolves historical tasks through their retained typed cycle/repository ownership. Isolated PostgreSQL tests prove historical lookup, retained cost/history and rejection of mismatched repositories;1682 library/main tests passed again.

Replay did not duplicate admission. This validates the corrected command and preserved handoff; it does not prove autonomous incident detection or successful original implementation. Original1571 independent review rejected defective timestamp controls and missing exact-revision validation; corrective task is queued, not executing. Native1574 findings updated and remains open.
