The operator reported mermaid-render-1 in the new issue-selection flow. The first browser check had opened the panel quickly and passed; that was insufficient coverage. A later authenticated Chromium run reproduced Could not find a suitable point for the given distance when the diagram mounted in a hidden panel before navigation. Source syntax was valid; the shared renderer attempted layout without a visible layout box and retained its error after the panel became visible.

PR4393 merged a5065cee6d8a4f00f480cecdb93d1f0adfc70ac7: https://gitea.app.lan/AutoCoder/AutoCoder-Engine/pulls/4393 . No Rust changes.
Chromium regression checks passed hidden-attribute and CSS-display transitions and preserved genuine parse-error source. The actual authenticated AutoCoder knowledge navigation passed with the candidate renderer. The initial live failure and candidate results are retained in the bounded 1572 task evidence directory. Final deployed browser verification is being collected.
External-administrator repair deployed only the updated app_mermaid.js asset as an immutable layer over the existing frontend. Evidence under /home/ax_julian/temp/autocoder-1572-supervised-delivery/mermaid-release, owner administrator Codex, retained pending verification and reviewed by2026-09-15. Temporary authenticated verification sessions are revoked after each check. No user data or issue history was removed. Backend server-only mode, general automation pause and the suspended #1571 review remain unchanged.
After rollout, the first browser attempt timed out waiting for the project selector and established no diagram outcome. A fresh authenticated Chromium run then loaded AutoCoder, kept the knowledge panel hidden on Overview, and opened Architecture & knowledge. The live, unintercepted application rendered one complete Mermaid SVG with no Mermaid rendering error. Verification session was revoked. The served asset matches the committed renderer. All four selected review process IDs2150/2423/2663/3120 were separately confirmed T(stopped); no recovery restart occurred.
