Historical record: the application-wide stop restrictions below were superseded on September 15. This page is evidence, not current execution instructions.
The operator explicitly requested another attempt: 'please try again'. General automation stays stopped and operator acceptance of correct implementation remains required.
Recreated the scoped temporary pod autocoder-supervised-1447 with the corrected internal Gitea API configuration. Before admission, authenticated repository access succeeded, repository Actions remained disabled, and the exact original Dockerfile checkpoint fingerprint matched. At 17:27:22.475465 UTC a guarded update requeued only the previous pre-execution failure, preserving task identity, original session, workspace checkpoint, orphan count and accounting. It required the exact previous failed state, repository_preparation_failed command state, 17:03:54.353074 timestamp, no reconciliation and an offline owner lease. Previous failure history remains in the first-stage-result record and retained log.
One worker-once invocation claimed the selected stage and resumed session 01a08f2b-3275-7043-aeb2-e717a54995d1. This time model execution occurred. Repository shell calls failed before execution because bwrap could not create a user namespace. The model performed its bounded internal goal continuations and recorded blocked. At 17:28:36.172044 UTC the task and command state were blocked. Runner exit zero means the blocked outcome was successfully recorded; it does not mean the issue was repaired. Both supervised leases are offline.
The actual normal worker configuration has AUTOCODER_CODEX_DISABLE_SANDBOX=true; the administrator-created isolated manifest had incorrectly hardcoded false. The retained manifest now references that existing ConfigMap key, just as it references the established Gitea API root. This uses the normal container isolation contract rather than granting host permissions: non-root UID1240000012, dropped Linux capabilities, no privilege escalation, no Kubernetes service-account token, and task-scoped retained mounts. A direct shell in that container succeeds. Final verification found the worktree clean because engine finalization had committed and pushed the previously recorded Dockerfile edit. No cluster sandbox/security policy was relaxed. The corrected setting is prepared for the next operator-authorized stage, not silently retried.
Accounting now projects the resumed session cumulative values: input568385, cached516864, output1943, total570328. Those are cumulative session values, not all new consumption. Original session and patch remain preserved. Validation, merge, deployment and final acceptance were not achieved. Finalization independently committed and pushed the preserved patch as bf396196165c33f3507bf3eb4da16c306448735f (AutoCoder: commit detached worker changes [autocoder-skip]), parent c44cfd10f6bce219c6c15ebc7ec0f523e679dfbe. Gitea branch lookup confirms that exact remote head. The model reply saying commit/push remained pending was stale by the time finalization ended. The temporary pod is removed after this stage; backend/frontend deployments and repository Actions remain stopped.
Owner: current administrator Codex. Next action after explicit stage continue: preflight the manifest against normal worker settings, guard continuation of the exact blocked task with its saved session and usage, then run once and pause. Final correctness still requires the operator's explicit acceptance. Local retry log is /home/ax_julian/temp/autocoder-1447-supervised-retry.log; current Codex retains it and the corrected manifest for review by2026-09-12. Do not remove the original worker task/runtime artifacts.
Finalization evidence correction: the preceding model result is not authoritative for post-result Git actions. The exact remote branch is codecartography/self-improvement/complete-the-existing-priority-repair-so-operator-importance-and-delivery-recovery-c97925. The database checkpoint still describes the pre-commit Dockerfile edit; existing resumed-workspace validation explicitly accepts clean descendant commits with the engine checkpoint commit message, so retain that evidence and inspect the exact committed revision on continuation. Final read-back verified no worker pods and zero backend/frontend replicas.
