Historical record: the application-wide stop restrictions below were superseded on September 15. This page is evidence, not current execution instructions.
The operator authorized image verification and independent review with 'please go ahead'. This stage deliberately ends before merge or deployment. General engine/frontend automation and repository Actions remain stopped, and final operator correctness acceptance remains required.
Candidate883f6b3561f3c31e87d488ec4caa524c5c43cf32 was fetched from the authoritative recovery branch and reviewed independently of its implementation worker. The complete diff from c44cfd10f6bce219c6c15ebc7ec0f523e679dfbe is one Dockerfile symlink exposing the already copied wasm-bindgen executable in /usr/local/bin before the failing build-time lookup. It follows the adjacent Rust-tool links. The second commit is an empty validation trigger. No blocking source-review finding for this narrow build repair; no application-priority or authorization behavior changes.
An isolated administrator-owned BuildKit container built the exact backend-runtime target using the pipeline's Rust, runtime and frontend base-image arguments. Existing cache was read; nothing was pushed to the registry. Builder limits:2CPUs,24GiB memory/no swap,18GiB RAM-backed cache, bounded logs and8GiB artifact-writer file limit. No Docker socket, administrator kubeconfig or model account was provided to build steps. Only source, output and scoped registry authentication were supplied; credentials stayed in restricted storage and were erased afterward.
The first build encountered a verification-harness defect: the imposed file-size limit affected dotnet --version in the unchanged runtime-base. A minimal probe of the identical pinned SDK reproduced exit153/SIGXFSZ, and passed with build-command file size unlimited. The corrected full build retained total memory/tmpfs and artifact-writer bounds and changed no candidate source. It completed successfully, including the repaired wasm-bindgen lookup and final non-root cargo fmt check.

Exported-image smoke test ran with no network and normal UID10001: wasm-bindgen0.2.105 and rustfmt executed; wasm32 target and Playwright package were present. A disposable regression container reproduced lookup failure after removing only the new symlink, then passed lookup/execution after restoring it. The saved artifact was unchanged.
Disposition: image verification and independent review PASSED for the delivery-build prerequisite. Existing worker formatting, Rust tests and rollout-script tests were not repeated. This does not establish issue1447's live operator-priority outcome. Merge, deployment, live behavior verification and explicit operator approval remain pending. No issue status was changed and no deployment or general worker was started.
Cleanup: isolated builder stopped/removed, RAM cache released, registry credential file/directory erased and smoke containers removed. The temporary loaded-image copy and clean review-source worktree are removed. Original worker worktree, session, remote branch and accounting remain preserved. One OCI artifact and bounded logs/review are retained under /home/ax_julian/temp/autocoder-1447-image-verification, maximum8GiB total, owned by current Codex for the next operator-approved checkpoint and review by2026-09-12. Independent report:independent-review.md; successful build log:build-retry.log; probes:runtime-smoke.log and regression-smoke.log; artifact hash:artifact-sha256.txt.
Next stage after operator continuation: integrate the reviewed exact candidate under the agreed controlled delivery route, verify deployment effects and then verify the original priority behavior. Do not substitute this build repair's success for the operator's final acceptance.
