Historical record: the application-wide stop restrictions below were superseded on September 15. This page is evidence, not current execution instructions.
At 17:02:59 UTC the administrator reconciled exactly task self-improvement-complete-the-existing-priority-repair-so-operator-importance-and-c97925-delivery-recovery. The guarded transaction required the unchanged 06:33:30.800874 timestamp, stale running state, expired lease, absent projected thread, original clean checkpoint, zero settled/provider counters and zero orphan count. It changed the task to queued, restored preserved session 01a08f2b-3275-7043-aeb2-e717a54995d1, refreshed the checkpoint to the exact recorded Dockerfile edit and incremented the orphan continuation count to one. No accounting counter was reset. The original transcript retains 192933 input, 145408 cached input, 1140 output and 194073 total tokens; these historical counters are not new run consumption. The prior and verified checkpoint fingerprints are 8573fb47cdd9b3b2b4a93cfafbf41d41d55cda4d1156bb94f750bbf2f04e6ba0 and 2d44dc0ac0aef50efbb00fda489e0ea419f98c79055db202a1550a1e47dd47f1.
Temporary pod autocoder-supervised-1447 used the existing worker image on worker-01, no service account token, scoped task/runtime mounts and bounded scratch. Its workspace filesystem was verified as worker local NVMe with 1.5 TiB available. A compatible reviewed worker-once executable was built in a bounded local Debian container because the initial host binary required newer glibc. The pod uses the existing worker network-policy label; no network policy was broadened. The empty workspace mount root was task-scoped at /mnt/runner-storage/autocoder-engine/supervised-1447.
The operator-authorized continue was supplied once. The runner refreshed model catalog and provider capacity, claimed only the selected task at 17:03:53.415982, and stopped at 17:03:54.353074 with repository_preparation_failed. Account metadata confirms ChatGPT Pro authentication with no API key. Refreshed primary usage was 57 percent; normal fallback reserve admission remained enforced.
Cause of this attempt failure was the administrator's isolated-pod setup: GITEA_BASE_URL used the public host rather than the established internal API root, triggering certificate validation failure before model execution. The retained manifest now references the existing autocoder-config GITEA_BASE_URL key. A read-only authenticated API request from the same pod to that configured internal root succeeded and confirmed repository AutoCoder/AutoCoder-Engine and Actions disabled. Certificate validation was not disabled.
The original Dockerfile edit and provider session remain intact; task state is failed with its original thread retained. The unique supervised lease is offline. No implementation model execution, new patch, commit, merge, deployment or acceptance occurred in this attempt. Backend/frontend and Actions stayed stopped. The temporary pod is removed after the stage to erase its memory-backed authentication scratch. Original work is retained. Further task execution waits for the operator's requested stage continuation. A fixed result will still require explicit operator approval, now recorded in requirements checkpoint d7a17e3f and procedure commit 35c610f9 on PR 4365. This is not issue completion.
Owner and next action: current administrator Codex, at the next explicit stage continuation, use the corrected manifest and guard the failed pre-execution task transition before one new supervised attempt. Review retained temporary build/evidence artifacts by 2026-09-12; do not remove original task or runtime work.
