The operator authorized direct repair and live verification of the feedback integration because implementation workers were unavailable. The repair was delivered through the existing Git review, independent CI and Kubernetes deployment workflow.

The editable approval card appeared; a deliberately simulated HTTP 503 preserved the draft and retry; the real retry returned the existing receipt without duplicate feedback or JavaScript errors. The initial request during the backend rollout received a transient 503 and the post-startup repeat passed.
Nine historical cards were reconciled to existing accepted feedback receipts without creating new reports. The restricted, short-lived verification session and task-owned local build/browser artifacts are removed after verification. No credentials or chat transcripts are included here.
Rollback: revert PR 3955 through the same reviewed repository deployment workflow if the scoped change must be withdrawn. Preserve accepted feedback receipts and conversation history.
Implementation-worker failures and broader feedback-case projection defects are not declared resolved by this rollout; scoped evidence is retained with the affected feedback cases.
