Gitea API calls and Actions runner coordination slowed to 7-28 seconds or timed out. AutoCoder branch validation run 2414 remained queued, and the runner storage guard returned HTTP 503.
A controlled kubectl -n gitea rollout restart deployment/gitea was performed. The Recreate deployment returned Ready in about 24 seconds. Actions runners reconnected, and runner API latency returned to tens of milliseconds.
Treat the restart as recovery only. AutoCoder needs bounded, backoff-aware pull-request reconciliation, and Gitea Actions/SQLite memory and query growth need root-cause investigation. Verify run 2414 and downstream AutoCoder delivery before closing the incident.
