TheWell requirements remained at zero completed in CodeCartography even though implementation workers had produced reviewed changes. Twelve member change sets were stuck in delivery reconciliation.
- AutoCoder queued Azure validation for temporary
autocoder/... branches. The application pipelines accept only their governed environment branches, so those runs failed as unsupported.
- Active delivery reconciliation ran with the hourly semantic SuperProject monitor. Multi-stage development and test delivery therefore waited hours between state transitions.
- One Azure error aborted the shared reconciliation pass, preventing unrelated member change sets from progressing.
- TheWell-Frontend reached exact test revision
d4b2262b862bdbd4097850c8d7f1947ba252c40d, but Azure build 24784 failed because OCP_DEPLOYMENT_TOKEN_TEST from variable group KVANT-AI-deployment-variables is expired or invalid.
- PR #2819 merged exact-source development PR completion, exact reachable development-merge validation, and strict production boundaries.

AutoCoder must only mark the requirement complete after that exact test delivery succeeds.
