The autocoder-engine deployment in the autocoder-engine namespace was restarted after Azure DevOps granted CodeCartography-Devops-Automation the required Build Queue builds permission. The restart triggered reconciliation of delivery records that retained earlier HTTP 403 validation errors.
The deployment returned ready and available on the unchanged immutable image gitea.app.lan/autocoder/autocoder-engine:sha-23f30a382439. Existing worker pods were separate and were not restarted.
Post-change verification showed exact-revision validation accepted for eight pending change sets. TheWell-Frontend entered inProgress; TheWell-Backend and six additional pipelines entered notStarted. Four repositories remained fail-closed because they have no enabled validation pipeline.
