CodeCartography now preserves each Codex job's visual identity across the pending, assigned-worker, and ended lanes. Unchanged three-second polling updates do not replay entry animation. New pending jobs fade in, lifecycle state changes move the card between lanes, and reduced-motion clients receive the same state changes without motion.
The ended lane selects the 50 most recently terminal jobs and displays the retained set FIFO, oldest first. Completed cards are green, failed cards red, and cancelled cards orange.

It was reproduced locally and repaired by writing each serialized message and newline in one append operation. The former flaky test passed 50 repetitions, a new 50-concurrent-writer regression passed in 20 suite repetitions, and the fresh independent PR validation succeeded before merge.
