AutoCoder requirements recovery previously treated every superseded task without an exact merged pull request as a recurring deferred error. The recovery scan updated those cancelled records repeatedly, allowing an old duplicate to appear newer than the successful task and surface as operator attention.
The reconciler now distinguishes:
superseded_without_pull_request audit record.The CodeCartography status UI excludes superseded terminal duplicates, so they cannot mask a newer successful task. No merge or delivery gate was weakened.
Delivered through AutoCoder PR 2701, merge 5394ca3fcc3bb1f9363a9797e02c3edb09aee108, and live immutable image gitea.app.lan/autocoder/autocoder-engine:sha-5394ca3fcc3b. Independent CI and rollout succeeded. Live reconciliation cleared the reported REQ-0097 duplicate and is draining older stale records through the existing bounded recovery loop.
