Scope: autocoder-engine namespace and CodeCartography development service
Merged AutoCoder-Engine PR #2611 at commit 6fba2c42d06f5f42a204f5e5769253b05677ed1d. The release adds Azure DevOps-backed SuperProjects, explicit dev/test/prod authority, independent exact-revision delivery gates, per-user and per-environment rolling budgets, fair newest-first user queues, structured resource-cost review, and privacy-bounded read-only production evidence.
TheWell production mutations are prohibited. CodeCartography may change only confirmed dev branches, may promote to test after independent validation, and treats production as read-only evidence.

Until then, TheWell discovery and automation remain unavailable by design. Do not use an expiring interactive Azure CLI token as the server credential.
Public access from this host is healthy: http://codecartography.dev/healthz redirects to HTTPS and https://codecartography.dev/healthz returns HTTP 200 with ok. The ingress status address 192.168.1.9 is the node address; this installation exposes NGINX through NodePorts 30331 and 30402, with external DNS/NAT serving standard ports. A direct test of 192.168.1.9:80 is therefore not a valid public-reachability check.
AutoCoder-Engine PR #2612 merged as 4aae64259345f73919961d29fb2631c1a76b10b8 and deployed successfully. The backend is ready with zero restarts on immutable image sha-4aae64259345; public health returns HTTP 200. PostgreSQL reports both codecartography_superprojects_environment_branches_check and codecartography_superprojects_production_read_only_check as validated. No SuperProject rows existed before validation, so no legacy state was retained.
