Session 2b740b02-c41c-4b5c-b8e5-6a38b85e54ab accepted use of one charge from a 50-charge Calming Suppository stack, but no structured effects persisted. A later evaluator also marked the remaining stack dissolved and embedded despite 49 charges remaining.
A guarded PostgreSQL transaction repaired the current turn-12 world state and its matching undo checkpoint. It restored the remaining stack as intact and carried by the player with 49/50 charges, then instantiated the item's three authored effects for the player: Muscle Relaxation, Enhanced Body Sensation, and Perception Alteration. All are active with until_resolved duration. No chat messages or turns were synthesized or rewritten.
The transaction locked both records, required generation 31 and exact timestamps/item state, rejected active turn jobs or pre-existing matching effects, and used the configured item effects as the source of truth. Exact pre-repair CSV backups are retained in /home/ax_julian/temp/eventhorizon-calming-repair-game-session-2026-08-14.csv and /home/ax_julian/temp/eventhorizon-calming-repair-undo-checkpoint-2026-08-14.csv.
Post-repair verification found turn 12, generation 31, zero active jobs, exactly three matching active effects targeting the player, and the same corrected item/effect state in the undo checkpoint. This is a manual data repair; the evaluator defect still requires a systemic code fix.
