A real diagnostic task confirmed that its stored refresh token is rejected by the provider as duplicate-use, so it settled coherently into permanent authentication-disabled state with the reason recorded. Its two-slot worker remains healthy but cannot accept account work until repair sign-in replaces the credentials.The normal backend rollout job stopped before mutation because the repository Actions secrets lacked the CodeCartography Gitea OAuth pair. The already-built immutable image was rolled out manually using the workflow's image-only kubectl set image and kubectl set env steps. The existing autocoder-secrets object was preserved unchanged.
