Fixed the narrator boundary for configured item effects. A validated completed item action now receives a non-persisted effect lifecycle preview before narration, using the same deterministic materialization logic as the later atomic turn commit. Immediate effects therefore enter the application passage as current effects rather than appearing only on later turns.
The player-visible projection now retains typed manifestations when authored. If an otherwise valid configured effect contains only a bounded description and qualitative magnitude, those fields become sanitized experiential fallback context. Internal item/effect identifiers, SVG data, and raw lifecycle records remain excluded.
