The fix preserves commas inside one-entry-per-line persona fields, treats behavioral-pattern agendas as one coherent action, retires legacy multi-turn behavioral agendas, and temporarily withholds recently completed behavioral sources from agenda selection using typed source identity and turn metadata.
The production Lady Seraphina profile was repaired through the application API with guarded expected fragment counts. Fragmented interests, boundaries, desires, goals, and behavioral patterns were recombined; behavior patterns changed from 53 fragments to 13 authored entries. Session 2b740b02-c41c-4b5c-b8e5-6a38b85e54ab retained turn 81 and received a corrected completed daily-ritual agenda reference with no active turn jobs.
Verification: 484 backend tests and 14 frontend tests passed; both production replicas became ready with zero restarts; /healthz and /readyz were healthy.
