A Say-only game turn with Elara was rendered as if the player shifted forward and took several strides. The structured turn contained no player Act, so visible narration consumed the player's next decision while canonical state remained unchanged.
- Narration prompts now derive action-ownership guidance from typed Say/Act presence.
- Say-only and empty-action turns preserve player location, posture, orientation, attention, and bodily state unless a resolved AI Act or active structured effect directly causes a specific change.
- AI commands, invitations, offered contact, and beckoning gestures remain unresolved player decisions.
- Player Acts may be rendered only to their resolved extent, without unsubmitted follow-through.
- Body-centered prose guidance now requires direct causal support for bodily sensations and reactions.
- Rust formatting check passed.
- Backend tests: 347 passed, 0 failed.
- Targeted Say-only, Act-present, and empty-action narrator ownership tests passed.
- Kubernetes rollout completed with 2/2 replicas ready and zero restarts.
/healthz returned ok; /readyz reported PostgreSQL and Qdrant ready.
- The affected Elara narration was regenerated through the guarded narration-only endpoint. Turn count stayed at 2 and the structured player and Elara actions remained unchanged. The repaired text leaves Elara's offered hand open for the player's response.
- The original narration remains recoverable in the completed turn-job response record.
