Deployed an editorial overhaul of the game narrator:
- Narration now requests plain close-second-person prose centered on the player's immediate bodily experience.
- Resolved Say/Act fields are treated as authoritative facts to recompose, not wording to paraphrase.
- Known active effects provide compact authored lived-experience and capability context; accumulated evaluator prose, raw effect records, effect-reference coverage, JSON beat output, and the narration repair pass were removed.
- Unchanged contact, posture, equipment, mechanisms, and background rhythms stay implicit unless their felt consequence changes.
- Persona decision prompts now reject minor maintenance rewrites as new action beats.
- Narration remains buffered until the post-generation safety-state check. Existing item completion, sensory-access, agency, effect-source, and fast-forward boundaries remain enforced.
