EventHorizon narration now prioritizes a dominant perceptible beat, continuous present-tense action, concise sensory and spatial detail, observable emotional continuity, natural integration of exact dialogue, and a strong changed-situation ending.
The narrator receives a compact authored persona presentation snapshot (identity, visible physical cues, temperament, speech style, personality notes, and affection) only to render already-resolved actions. Existing player-agency, perception, structured-state, effect, consent, and hidden-information boundaries remain authoritative.

The first deployment run completed the Kubernetes rollout but failed Android distribution verification because one general runner did not trust the internal TLS chain. The workflow already consumes the repository Actions secret INTERNAL_CA_CERT_PEM; it was unset, while runner-local trust was nondeterministic because post-run Docker cleanup can remove the locally rebuilt runner image.
INTERNAL_CA_CERT_PEM is now populated from the canonical gitea-registry-ca ConfigMap. The CA remains managed outside the repository; no private key or credential was copied. TLS verification remains enabled. The successful retry verified the public Android metadata and APK coherently.
