¶ 2026-07-12 EventHorizon balanced agency and initiative
Deployed EventHorizon commit 4c5969b through the normal Gitea CI/CD pipeline.
The change:
- replaces duplicated agency/effect-scope prompt essays with one concise causal-action invariant;
- prevents visible meta-commentary about rules, options, or whose choice an action is;
- explicitly restores decisive persona behavior, including commands, discipline, physical intervention, escalation, and credible consequences;
- keeps deterministic typed
constraint_basis filtering for hard capability limits;
- reduces the passive-effect causality addendum to three sentences.
The current three-turn stalled Elara opening was cleared using the application's game-chat reset semantics. Persona and session setup were preserved; chat, recap, world state, delta, and turn count were reset.
