AutoCoder-Engine was updated to prevent stale Codex device-auth cache files from overwriting newer Codex account records during backend startup.
The backend startup path imported every cached AUTOCODER_CODEX_HOME/device-auth/*/auth.json file and upserted it into codex_accounts unconditionally. Old cache files could therefore replace newer database auth state after a backend restart.
