EventHorizon deployment run 90 failed because backend unit tests asserted exact prose in prompts/persona-editor.md after an approved prompt simplification.
The prompt content was left as authored. The brittle prompt-prose assertions were removed, while code-path coverage for persona editor tool names, draft staging, and non-persistence remained in place.
