EventHorizon Gitea Actions runs 87 and 88 failed after prompt-only changes to prompts/persona-editor.md removed text required by backend source-contract tests.
The live Kubernetes deployment remained healthy on the previous image while those failed runs stopped before rollout.
The prompt edit removed required persona-editor contract guidance, including references to sample_persona_response, draft-only write_persona behavior, the workbench Save button, and contract-tool availability. It also introduced the typo editss.
