Merged EventHorizon issue #106 to complete the approved manual-save persona editor behavior.
The deployment updates the persona editor flow so editor-tool writes stage changes in the browser draft. Persona persistence remains explicit through the workbench Save path, which writes the entity row and persona version snapshot.
